I just completed Ancient love poetry and I am still in Awe of her. She was Absolutely Spectacular. And this is coming from someone who doesn't like Xianxia series... I honestly hope she does more series in future
Wuxia/ xianxia not my cup of tea. Most of the time, I just drop them or put a long pause. Except for this one.
It might be the ONLY xianxia series I have actually Completed without any fast forward. I have been captivated since episode one and kept on till the end. Xu kai is great as he always is but MY OH MY! Zhou Dong Yu! I don't really care about the Title of Dan actresses but I can see why she was listed as one. To my recollection , I have never been in awe of actresses in any series like I have been of Zhou dong Yu. She was just PHENOMENAL. ABSOLULETLY PHENOMENAL. I know she focuses more on Movies, I sincerely Hope to see more of her in Drama series because she is just too good!!!! TOOfuckingGOOD!

If i am not wrong This seems to be the only Historical/political drama where the Females don't backstab , play sneaky games with each other for higher positions and are actually very supportive for Each other. I DID NOT EXPECT THAT. Great watch
