This Drama is not everyone's cup of tea and That's completely Fine!! As some one who works in a corporate field. My endgame has always been to retire and Go spend rest of my days in a rural area with nature and peace and calm environment ...far from hustle and bustle of the city.... So this drama is really my JAM and as a SLICE OF LIFE lover It couldn't get better than this...
THE difference between this and rest of the OTHER SLICE OF LIFE is that there is no angst, no misunderstanding ,no over drama or tension No trauma or dark past. You just feel calm and chill vibes...Some may find it boring But I love it....
Just watched after putting it aside for so long... The start was good... But AGAIN as with every other KDrama, the second half was Not for me...I wont say it was terrible but it wasn't good either... Overall it was Decent watch..

Okay Its Finally My time to Admit... Do I think PMY is great actress? Nope...She is decent though But I will say this, The drama she picks and plays in are my guilty pleasure...even though they are somewhat cringey, cheesy and some of time messy.
I actually Enjoyed this NGL except the last two eps where again THEY HAD TO break the couple for the KDRAMA EFFECT. I also think it would have been much better without inducing the chaebol and corporate Thingy....It kinda ruined the whole thing.
Also seeing many people calling ML, Ji ho.....BORING Seems like Go kyung PO did his job perfectly because that's what is character is....supposed to be like
I have said it before and I will say it again Be it Cdrama/ Kdrama / Jdrama or even international books ... Women's cheating has always been normalized and Romanticized and in some cases Glorified..
I get that this was Based on historical events but My point still stands... This drama tries so hard to celebrate hanako's freedom that it glosses over the cold reality that KANO was a good man who was deeply CHEATED, BETRAYED, Humiliated and broken-hearted, making the "romanticization" feel incredibly one-sided.
Did they spend 90% of Budget signing the Visual duo of ZLH and Wang Chu ran??? Because Respectfully, Dafuq is this??????????? Could some one edit and put Comedy tag in the genre because this is ridiculous
The Visuals can only take you so far........
