" Violence breeds violence. And it starts from home. " I think this is the main message this drama want to told us 😔. There were so much violence here they made me feel sick at times. Although, I felt satisfied everytime Shi Eun fights back . Still I worry about his mental being 🥺. He's like a ticking bomb , when put under enough pressure he will explode with no regret 🤧. The acting was amazing. OST also good enough. My rating: 8/10.
Watched 4 of his dramas and I enjoyed them all! Can't believe the author is male. The way he wrote female lead's character is better than female authors. They were not stereotype or weak FL we often see in C-Drama, independent and have strong willed. I just finished Hard To Find and I liked how strong the FL was.
Note: I wrote this comment when mdl stated writer's gender is male. Now just realized the gender has changed 😂.
Tbh, I was ready to drop this drama at episode 5 but the last 10 minutes of the episode made me stayed. The first half of the story was a total snoozefest for me. Worked well as sleeping pills 😴. I never failed to fall asleep while watching this at night. While in the first half all they did were talking, talking and talking, the second half of the story became a little interesting with bits of action + slight comedy. Enjoyed the two bodyguards's scenes. Pity they did not keep it that way till the end 🥺.
Han Hyo Joo and Ju Ji Hoon ( in suits ) looking fine here as expected. If only the storyline was as solid as their acting..
About that ending, I know now I should not trust this screenwriter ever since the trainwreck called Grid. It was as disappointing as her previous drama. I could not help but compare between these two since both are her works with the same genre. Grid's ending too has cliffhanger, left more unanswered questions than not with no season 2 . So I'm sure it will be the same with this one.
Great first episode. Great synergy between 2 MCs and the guest. Kwangsoo never disappoints as expected 😆! 2 times Jaesuk asked him why he did not want to rejoin RM . Both time he deflected his questions lol. I wanna know why too Kwangsoo! You joined other shows but never with RM even as a guest would be great 🤧
Can't take my eyes of him in Burning Flames. So hot with that black demon attire and that ponytail so on point ❤. Looking forward to see his next drama!
☑️ The plot: 8/10 .The first half of the story was slow and repetitive. As for me it was started to get interesting from Ep 21 to the end. ✅️ Acting & character : 8.5/10. My favorite was Zhao Li Ying's and I liked her character. She was consistently kick-ass from beginning to the end. She knew what she wanted- not wishy washy and when she's in-love didn't suddenly turned weak/ never let her feelings deterred her from doing her duties. ☑️ Angsty : 7/10 (especially in the last 10 episodes). ✅️ Chemistry : 8.5/10. The romance was balmy in the first half & turned intense in the second half. ✅️ OST : 8.5/10. Took some time for me to warm up to it . My favourite is Lifetime by Liu Yu Ning. ✅️ Cinematography: 9/10 ( As expected from S level budgeted C-drama)
The script + plot were trash and the only saving grace was the acting of both leads. My first time seeing ML, he has a whole package = good looking + acting. My second time watching FL (I liked her in Broken the Heart) ,here she cried in almost every episode lol . May they get better script in their next drama. My rating : 6/10.
it'll probably be released in a couple of months.... during summer holiday season ?🙂u better start watching…
I have a goldfish memory so I better wait until after S2 start to air before I start S1🫠 . I don't do rewatch thing so I prefer binge-watching the whole thing at one go 🤭. I see but this editing thingy did not involved the original platform such as Wetv right?
I've been waiting for S2 to be out before starting this drama. I've waited 8 months already , so it doesn't matter if I have to wait a year or more now to watch the whole drama 🧔♀️ . #iamsopatience #justforgetthisdramaexistingfornow
If not for Allen Ren (and thanks to the existence of fast forward button too) I would probably could not finish this one 🤭 .. Nothing standout from the storyline. CGI was rich, fighting scenes were so colorful like seeing a firework show. Some of Allen's costumes were great. I wasn't feeling the romance between leads. Their relationship was more like between a buddy than a lover one. Although, the chemistry here was not the worst I've seen in Allen's drama (I am looking at you, TYFY🥲) . OST will took you some time to warm up to it. My rating: 7/10 .

I'm sad for the loss of Amotti team 🥺. I like the guy and want to see more of him but now we can't. Although I know Kim Dong Hyun's team did not break the rule but it was unpleasant and annoyed me to see them win by stealing their opponent's bag like that ... 😠
Not me binge-watching the first 4 episodes and wanting the next episode to come out asap! I like how intense the Death Match was and now move on to the team competition I'm rooting for team Hong Beom Seok (I'm happy to see him this season 😍! Watched him in The Soldiers , this man has a great physical & intelligent too . What happened in the last season was unfortunate to him when he had so much more to show ,I hope he succeeds this time around 🙏) , team Lee Won Hee ( I like how humble, strong & smart he is) & team Lee Jae Yoon (this man is a beast in a Death Match that you can easily forget he is an actor🫣. Although we did not see how his team fare yet I have high hope🤞)...
The storyline resembled Perfect Marriage Revenge (which I really loved) so much :
✅️ Both leads traveled back in time. ✅️ Future FL was married for some time. ✅️ FL found her husband cheating on her with someone close to her. ✅️ FL died and now the reborn fl is taking revenge on her husband-to-be.
With these similarities, nothing in the storyline surprised me as I found it predictable.
I'm not fond of Na In Woo as an actor as I could not take his character as a supposedly cool, full of composure & good looking chaebol's grandson here seriously. As an avid watcher of 2D1N for the past few years I was very familiar with his clumsy, silly, weird & random behaviour in that show so his acting of Yoo Ji Hyuk failed to convince me both are two different persons 😂. And about Park Min Young I used to enjoy her acting before ( Healer , What's Wrong with Secretary Kim, City Hunter & Sungkyunkwan Scandal) but here I found her acting was lacking. When she cries or in anguish most of the times I felt nothing. I hate saying this but what she had done to her face , the unnatural outcome of it further distracting me from feeling anything.
Because nothing in the drama was that engaging to me & I was not curious about how the story will ended so dropping it now is the answer. Dropped at Episode 10/16.

✅️ Great acting from all cast.
✅️ Action, suspense and thriller done right.
✅️ Great cinematography.
So far, this was the best thriller drama in the first half of 2024 for me .
