People that have read the novel, what is Dean thinking when Pharm just suddenly start sobbing out of nowhere?…
I am still reading book but when they met in supermarket and Pharm cried first time it seemed like Dean’s body reacted before he could really think about what is happening. In that moment he feels like he wants to hug Pharm and talk about love, it confuses him and he doesn’t know what to do but then Win shows up. The next two times when Pharm cries he just reacts without trying to make much sense of why Pharm cries, his feelings take over and he doesn’t really focus on wondering why Pharm cries, he just wants to take care of him. And about Dean’s flashbacks, they mention he has dreams that happen now maybe once a month and he usually just wakes up remembering feelings but later they fade away.
