Aside from Nam Du Heon and Kim Hong Sik, the rest of the characters are so painfully boring, it’s unreal. It’s like they’re all from an entirely different genre. And don’t even get me started on that lackey boss, Park—why does Kim Hong Sik still keep him around? And Detective Gu/Koo? Bruh, what even is this mess? I’m literally only sticking with this show for the two villains at this point.

Let's not forget the time she kidnapped him from the hospital right after his heart stopped, and he had to be resuscitated and moved to the ICU. And this genius thought it was a brilliant idea to rip off his oxygen mask, as if basic science doesn’t apply to her. She has to be the most infuriatingly stupid character in the entire series.
Honestly, after the whole island ordeal, the FL became pretty dull and uninteresting. Meanwhile, the ML got a bit more compelling, and I actually enjoyed his scenes more when he was interacting with other characters post-island.
But let’s be real—he just made the FL’s life so much worse. Like, dude, you know you’re going to die, so why reintegrate yourself into her life just to hurt her more? Wouldn’t it be better to spare her the pain? It’s clear he only cares about himself. (Not saying he should die alone, but seriously, what’s the plan here?)
