it's good enough to pass the time. it might seem fine at first but it won't sustain your interest or engross you after a few eps. I wouldn't rely on someone who says this is their favorite because it just can't be. But it's a great premise, no denying that. Give it a watch if you've run out of shows only.
The first few episodes felt like it was going to go in an compelling direction & I got my hopes up but then it instantly lost all steam - it became suddenly puffy & overly sweet within an episode, & in doing so all conflict and tension in the main couple VANISHED in thin air and the following episodes strangely visted some overly familar BL territory & predictable situations even though they had this kind of new premise to play with.
It's since become strictly background watching for me, it cannot hold my full attention no matter the conflict or barriers the story brings in, iI's uneven storytelling, with a lot of unfulfilled potential & heaps of uninspired & overly familiar turns in the story. I dropped the show since the last two eps but i will come back to it. Find it hard to accept that this is what they resorted to after have such a cool premise.

I'm up to episode 13 and I really can't stand the FL. Either she's dumb or naïve but she kept interfering with the ML secret work as night warrior. Also the 2nd couple's story is quite boring and there's not much chemistry between them. Sigh ... Maybe I will keep this on hold for now.
out of all the c-dramas I watched this was the only one with tanned ML. and I swear he was so hot... the chemistry was just everything<333 loved it !!!!!!
Man, every time I go to a drama page for Allen Ren's dramas the discussion is somehow always on whether he's kissing or not. Can't it just be about the story and the acting for a change? That's really what matters the most to me.
