I've been studiously avoiding watching this drama until I can binge like 10eps at once, suddenly Youku shoved a video in my face today titled 'Kill me love me leads kiss so much while filming they needed oxygen after' and that was when I knew all hope of binging was lost 😂

As far as I know, this was a Netflix contracted show, and if you know Netflix you know their history of abandoning well earning shows for reasons us mortals can't understand. They made that one episode origin story as a wrap up to this chapter of their adventure into kdrama land...I hope this answers your question that I didn't fully understand.
