I enjoyed this drama a lot. I cired with the characters and seeing their smiles in the last episodes was really worth it. I relate with the mother of FL, especially the scene where she was serving the guests at the grandfather's funeral amd everyone was eating drinking amd having fun. It reminded me of when my paternal grandma was sick and my mum had to do all the work, I remember trying to help my mum with the dishes but she said no, I should study and everything will pass. And true, with time, it passed and things got better. I even forgot about it, till I watched this scene. And of course, it made me cry a lot. I recommend this drama to anyone who wants to try.
Watching Beiyu's DV had me crying out like a baby. I totally understand the mums action. She watched ger daughter commit suicide infront of her. No wonder she became sick.
I am late to the party. I just finished watching this series and I totalky enjoyed it. Will I be rewatching it? Yes, definitely. I will mix our Phoenix squad...
Episode 13 at the end really highlights the question; who is worse human or animal?
Yep, this is really sth to really think about. One of the reasons I like this saying; humans are scarier than ghosts. I remember one Kdrama I watched back then. ( Can't remember the name of the drama). In the drama when their plane crashed in a deserted area. Almost all the people died not because of the dangers in the deserted area but due to humans... It's so sad..
And to answer your question: Humans are worse because humans are known to have critical thinking ability, making them superior to animals, but despite that, some humans find joy in hurting or killing others...
At this point Xiao Jiao is jumping from one fire to another and this one is more dangerous because this one is…
I think Xiao Jiao behavior stems from wanting love and affection. You can see how she is the one that initiates intimacy with her husband. Hence, she latched onto the first person who showed her care. Plus, she lacks social awareness and not security consious at all...
