Yes, the guy in the flashback is definitely involved. I started watching EP 19 now. I think Bao got to know about the plan and did everything to protect Bin Bin. At first, he did not like it, as Bin Bin's sister joined the project. There has to be a reason

At the end of EP 18, Bao's name was mentioned. If he is the master behind the plan, it makes sense that all hired killers were hesitant to hurt Bin Bin. Even the lady on the motorcycle protected Bin Bin. Because of this, I even suspected his sister. What do you think?
