First. It's based on novel. Second. There is romance but not the focus. Subtle, really. Like women crushing on him. But, he does develop feelings for one of them. Also a guy in his personal team crushing on a lady, also in the same group. Still, romance is not the focus. Like really, really doesn't focus much on it. Even the novel confirm the relationship on extra 8, ending with him, Han Young asking that someone to marry.
