Hahaha I tend not to always follow the trend, hence why I watched L&P after a while, but i believe everyone has a taste but the first frost wasn't one of them for me.

Sometimes MDL users would either hype a drama up with basic or decent stories, they just like the chemistry with pretty/ handsome actors & actresses. Others will bash a drama because they don't like slow burns while the acting and the story are great with a talented cast

I waited 4 years to watch it because I don't like watching dramas when they are too hyped, and i don't regret watching it now. Such a beautiful story, you are happy for them, get angry at them, don't understand their immaturities ... but aren't we all like that in the course of life ?

I even got emotional listening to the theme song every episode

And yes, you'll get angry at Li Xun, but for someone surrounded by geniuses and smart men, they tend to be worse than Him hahaha.

I loved the knight more than the king but i also understand these references throughout the drama

Those dropping this show saying it is boring are just into fast paced dramas with no substantial characters.

If you like nice stories, slow paced, with healthy characters, and realistic, then it's you !
