Oh boy...here we go again: YOU have decided one of them is a bad actor so of course, that's just the way it is.…
Hmmm...oh yeah? Did I...miss something? I think of J100 as kind of an arrogant, know-it-all douche, but discriminatory and racist? Or are you talking about ME? I never know half the time.
Apparently Sky isn't ready to fess up, but this entire, oh so innocent, day at the restaurant/carnival, staged soley for the purpose, of course, of rewarding Sun and giving him a fun time with no ulterior motives whatsoever, was designed to get Mr. Five-o-clock shadow in the sack...and Sky into his heart. Half-and-half you-know-whats for just buddies...? Color me skeptical. lol
This " young master" Sky is seducing his bodyguard without even being aware of it. All these ointment rubbing,…
I feel like he's maybe...sort of half-aware, you know what I mean? I've done things in my life of which I was aware but in the way you see something out of the side of your eye in a mirror. You don't really LOOK at what you're doing because you're not ready to, but part of you knows damn well what you're up to. :D
Episode 3 was very funny, everything was so stupid, exageration of the stupidity, even the last scene made me…
Oh boy...here we go again: YOU have decided one of them is a bad actor so of course, that's just the way it is. lol WHICH one have you, Roger Ebert-breath, determined to be an actor unworthy of your stringent BL acting requirements?
The fact that you use the term "tousent," rather than "thousand" while writing in tortured English, is a dead give-away of your status as a poseur. lol "tousent..." lol
"Sugar pie..." what a moron. It takes a lot to get me to block people, as I think it's a good idea to remain always mindful of how much self-regarding arrogance there is in the world, especially among people who generally are more insecure than knowledgeable. Your know-it-all attitude is likely a mask for your rampant self-doubt. lol No, I won't block you yet. So far, you remain more entertaining than annoying.
Wow, I don't get that TK is "dumb" at all. He strikes me as brilliantly intelligent, so much so that he doesn't…
First of all, I'll throw in a personal insult: You might be an idiot. Do you actually believe you speak for ALL South Korean teens? Do you think ALL Korean teens, or even MOST Korean teens, mature more rapidly than Americans? WHY do you believe this? You provide ZERO support resources or other reasons why this would be the case. I'm far from an "American teen," Einstein, I'm older than dirt. Again, it's hilarious that you believe you speak for all "Korean person perspective" in believing TK is dumb. When were you elected to this position as spokesperson for Korean teens? lol
Korea is the suicide capital of the industrialized world...by far...in every age-group and category. I believe cultural/societal pressures Korean teens find themselves under is also a part of what this show is about. So maybe your fantasy that Korean teens mature early and are ready to know and face the world is a tad bit...off.
you think WTK is dumb!? wow i think you need to watch the 3rd episode because the way i see it YOU are dumb. WTK…
You insult people on here frequently. It's just that in this case you happen to agree with the person who's being insulted, so you're offended...I guess. And as usual, your last statement, which is simply your OPINION, is stated as though it were an established fact. I find WTK to be very well-written; he comes off as insightful and having a low tolerance for bullshit to me. He asks people to their faces why they do and say the things they do and say. It's unfortunate you are unable to see that, as his perspective on society and the world is a huge part of what this show is about. (just my opinion!) If you think that's dumb, I don't care.
This has been listed as "English subs updating..." for almost four days now on blofficial. I guess their subbers, if they exist, are extremely slow or don't know Thai/Isaan very well. :)
If you don't find that rape then I'm worried about your drinking partners
Oh god, do you really want to rehash this thing, which has been gone over a hundred times in the comments below? XS clearly DID give his consent when he told his step brother he loved him, pulled him down physically and initiated a kiss, responded physically to a BJ, etc. We just fundamentally disagree regarding your apparent assumption that once one party has a buzz on, they are incapable of giving consent. Get over it. XS clearly loved every second of it.
If you don't find that rape then I'm worried about your drinking partners
Worry all you please. I don't drink but I had plenty of drunk sex back when I did and it was hot and nasty for all parties. I suggest you worry about your own issues.
It's not J100's negativity that bugs me, as I don't expect or even want everyone to be pressured to post only positive comments as though this were a K-Pop army board where only subservient gushing is allowed. What annoys me about J100 is the condescending, know-it-all attitude in almost all of their posts. He/she presents their opinion as though it were fact. Very arrogant. There's another commenter here who suffers from the same syndrome.
Ep 3 was better from the first 2 episodes, Still WTK character is not seem to be real person, it's a combination…
Wow, I don't get that TK is "dumb" at all. He strikes me as brilliantly intelligent, so much so that he doesn't "get" a lot of the dumb social and cultural habits that people submit themselves to. It's the society he finds himself in that is dumb.
I'm really enjoying this show. It's well-acted, directed and the production values are high. I do wish the makeup crew would quite making Tae Kyung look like a ghost with that white face powder. It's frustrating however, to get these little 19-minute eps that are over before they begin.
A commenter below said all the characters look like they're in their mid to late-20s. .I don't see that at all. I think the casting is great. Love the redheaded dude. "I know everything." lol
Seems to me from the beginning that TK is somewhere on the Asperger's spectrum, but it mostly seems like they're playing him as just extremely socially awkward, brutally direct and a loner by choice to this point. I would have enjoyed seeing the Asperger's angle played up just a bit more. And maybe that is where TK is coming from after all, I'm just not sure.
lol I just realized you're being sarcastic. BL nowadways are really boring because they keep removing all the…
I'm too lazy to go back and research it myself, but I believe the subs I saw had him saying something like "don't move or you'll touch it..." lol And that was the extent of the rape-drug's effect on him. What a farce.
My sentiment. What I like about the Jap version is how the acting made me root for the characters/ feel for them…
I like the way KK is portrayed in this one much better than the original. He's less creepy, and more handsome and I actually feel badly for him at times, which makes the whole Tin/KK thing more moving. I feel sympathy for him instead of revulsion. lol

Oh, don't misunderstand me, I'm not telling you not to use the term or what to say about anything. I hate it when people police my speech so I don't do it to others. It was just an honest question because the term "Jap" is such a loaded descriptive in the U.S. where I live and you never hear it here any more. It's almost considered as bad as the N-word here. But I have read other commenters use "Jap" here and I began to figure they and you were Asian and it's not a negative word there. It's very interesting., the way word usage and meaning changes over time and place. :)

I'm going to move my rating up from 8 to 8.5.
