Can't argue with your last couple of sentences. But if all fictional couples talked out their problems rationally, there would be no dramas to be watched. :D

OK, fine, you don't have to care about Teh. But did you used to care about him, earlier in this season or the first? If so, I have to wonder if you judge people in your own life so quickly, harshly and thoroughly.

Twice now you have called Teh "superficial." But you haven't answered me as to what exactly you mean by that. WHY do you see him as only interested in or aware of the surface appearance or feeling of things?

I guess most of them are saying it in the context of "if this was a real life situation", (at least thats what…
The vast majority of BL watchers do not look to these shows for moral guidance on how to live their lives. Just as a movie that includes a murder is generally not sending the message that murder is great, BLs are not sending messages on ethical issues or courting procedures, telling people how to behave. They are presenting a story for entertainment and artistic purposes and that's it.

I don't agree that there's anything wrong with Mork's behavior in the first place, but even if there was, so what? It drives the plot, just as you said. Your last comment just pretty much contradicts itself.

I didn't say he was "naive or a baby" did I? I said he was human with flaws. I also didn't say he was drunk. I totally get that Teh is open to something new, but given the new color of Oh's hair and those ugly grandma clothes he's wearing, can you really blame him?

You need a new schtick. This one is really weak bullshit.

Eh...the psychos here and social media freaking out are a tiny minority of the audience. They will be waiting with bated breath for eps 4 and 5. This is some great, messy drama. I love it.

Oh-aew`s new hair colour looks dreadful. It doesn't suit him one bit. Teh is an ars****e! Ugh
Couldn't agree more about that hideous hair. ugh. I'd have serious thoughts about cheating myself. And the baggy, loose-fitting, ugly clothing Oh is wearing. Good god.

Teh is a human with flaws.

Thank you. I was wondering aboutthis myself. I haveyoung friends who are in theatre andI’m sure they would agree…
I DO think this sort of thing is prevalent in dramatic circles, but not the norm by any means either. BUT a lot of directors, who are mostly still men, use the emotional power they accumulate during the rehearsal process to manipulate actors of both sexes into situations such as Teh's. It's interesting that I seem to be the only one in this thread who thinks Jai, the director, is a manipulative jerk who steered Teh toward the climactic rehearsal room scene. Body-touching exercises? Reading intimate journals? WINE at rehearsals? This guy is a piece of work.

This series is excellent in almost every way and the hysteria in the comments below is just more evidence of that. Some nasty shit goes down in real life and these 15 year-old SJWs cannot stand it, especially because the series has wormed its way under their skin and despite their screaming and rending of garments, they will be back for eps 4 and 5.

I hate what went down but like an actual appreciator of good drama, I freaking LOVE that I hate it. I was clutching myself in horror as Oh climbed the stairs...what? Do I want to be yawning with boredom as two young men hop-scotch across the grassy meadow as unicorns fly among cotton-candy clouds and double-rainbows arch across the sky? HELL NO, how boring would that be? I want human frailty and conflict and love and hate and resentment and forgiveness, all that good shit.

Never forget the hysterics below are a tiny minority of the BL audience. ITSAY and now IPYTM are going to go down as classics of the BL genre, setting new markers for quality across the board.

Bravo!

I was so hyped for this series after ITSAY. I’m so nervous and I haven’t even started it yet. Just gonna binge…
It is an EXCELLENT ride. The acting, direction, writing, plot, production, sets, everything except Oh's orange hair is so top-notch that to me this isn't really a BL at all. It is a series-length feature film. The fact that all these naive BL SJWs are pissing their pants over a particular plot development is evidence of how well-done this is. It is totally under their skin and they will be back for episode 4.

On the other hand...don't forget that Oh is the one who dyed his hair that hideous red-orange and started wearing horrendously ugly fashions. He now looks like a 30 year-old female fashion victim. All of that would have me questioning a relationship too.

LOL. Not much point in arguing with a ten year-old SJW-in-training, but I enjoyed the read.

I respectfully disagree. Not the kind of life lessons I teach or live by.
Do you watch BLs and other dramas to be taught life lessons to live by? Or that you can pass on to others? seriously, wtf? That is NOT their purpose and never was. They are dramas, which are meant to convey human conflict, frailty, emotions, joy, sadness, infidelity, forgiveness, and a million other things. The world of BL is a fucked up place ON PURPOSE. Go watch the Disney Channel and the Christian Broadcasting Network. For god's f**king sake.

In what way is he superficial? Because he has human frailties? That director manipulated the hell out of Teh and he knew exactly what he was doing...intimate, personal journals, body touching exercises, plum wine at a fucking rehearsal and all the rest. It doesn't excuse or justify Teh's action, but Jai put him in that situation on purpose. No one here seems to get that.

I don't remember...what did Teh do to Kim?

From your comments it appears that some people have cancelled the series . I did not cancel the series but when…
I wonder how many of those people in "healthy, loving relationships" actually have a partner who is cheating on them and they just don't know it yet. Half of marriages in the U.S. end in divorce. How many of the remaining half have one partner secretly cheating? So we can safely assume that MOST people in long term relationships will experience serious turmoil at one point or another. It is HOW they handle it and move forward that matters.

BRAVO. We forget how many teeny-boppers watch BLs and go insane when things get heavy. I hate what went down in this ep but I'm loving the fact that I'm hating it and clutching my arms above my head as Oh climbed the stairs to the rehearsal room, knowing what he was about to see. This is DRAMA, baby! Bring it!
