Yeah, it was okay. It was pretty good actually. I like the fantasy element and the mix between the fantasy and the real world. I liked how it kept going back and forth between the mortal realm and the void.
This is actually the first time I’ve liked the female lead in a show. In the other shows I’ve seen her in, I haven’t really liked her as the female lead, except for one, but she wasn’t the female lead in that one. I don’t know, I’m just not really a fan of her. She’s a good actress, I just usually don’t find her attractive, and that’s kind of important for me when I’m watching a show. The female lead has to be attractive for me to really get into it.
But in this show, her acting was good enough that it kind of overshadowed that. And she actually looked quite good in this costume, so it worked better than I expected. Overall though, it's pretty good.
What a disgusting drama. She had no feelings for him whatsoever until the last couple of episodes. Usually, in slow burn, it does take a while, but you see progression. You see her starting to develop feelings, even though she doesn't admit it. But this is not like that. He likes her almost from the beginning. We can see progression. But for her, it's like I don't like you, and then all of a sudden, right at the end, oh, I like you now. It's bullshit. Over halfway through the drama and she’s trying to set him up with another woman. It takes forever to clear up misunderstandings. And there's no chemistry at all. It's just fake. Everything is fake. At no point did I ever see any connection between them. The poor male lead, poor bastard he is, he deserves so much better. He should have just found someone else. Let her be duped by that second male lead. For all these comments that say they've got great chemistry and it's very good and whatever are just lying. They're either straight-up lying, or they have selective viewing. They see what they want to see. This was awful. How dare they compare this to a Business Proposal? This is shocking. Three quarters of the way through the drama, and we're still watching her disregard the male lead while confessing to the second male lead in front of him. She is the most annoying, arrogant, selfish female lead I've ever seen. What kind of short series fast-paced drama is this? It's ludicrous.
light watch? Did we both watch the same drama? Hell, FL declares her love for 2ML in episode 15.. and you call…
They didn't respond because they can't handle the truth. It's like selective hearing but it's called selective viewing. They see what they want to see even though it's clear the misunderstandings aren't resolved quickly and the FL never liked the ML throughout the drama.
Horrible FL and another simp ML.. 🤢Episode 15 and FL declares her love for 2ML in front of everybody..She did…
I'm on episode 15 right now and i 💯 agree with you. How is it possible at this stage she has no feelings for him. She was even trying to set him up with another woman. Even in slow burn dramas, we see some feelings from the FL towards the ML early on and then gradually deepens, but here absolutely nothing. That's why I'm here in the comments to find out what the hell is going on.
I hate love triangles because most of them seem to be designed just to cause discomfort and introduce an obstacle…
Yeah, I agree with you. I don’t think love triangles are automatically bad either, but in a lot of dramas they really do feel forced in just to create tension and keep viewers emotionally invested. Instead of naturally helping the story or the characters grow, they often just delay the main couple and give unnecessary screentime to the second lead. Sometimes the shows even treat it like there was a real relationship when there never actually was one, which can make the whole thing feel emotionally manipulative rather than meaningful. I also think the marketing around it plays a big role, because the "who will they choose" discussions and shipping wars create a lot of engagement online.
To add to what another person said, the arc in the spirit world in the middle is actually a bit boring (and I’m…
WDBTD was fantastic. I gave it a 10. VoS was awful. I dropped it immediately. Not having a clear ML and FL doesn't sit well with me. I also believed one of the ML's was supposed to be with one of the FL's. So i already shipped them. Then i realised they weren't a couple, so that ruined everything.
They do focus a lot on spirit realm later since the main villain is also from there. The initial episodes focus…
I am following. As i said, I'm on episode 15. What does swallowing the pill have anything to do with him being invisible to mortals and spirits believing he's a spirit? I already knew it gave him spirit powers. That's not what i asked. Did you actually read my question thoroughly? If you're accusing me of not following or paying attention, then you're also not understanding my question. Sometimes, these dramas are not straightforward. They use terminology I'm not accustomed to and stories that require complete focus at all times. Sometimes, meanings can be implied without any explanations. Just because some things i might not understand doesn't mean I'm not following the show.

So I'm now on episode 15, and all of a sudden, no more war, and where are all of his soldiers? He just abandoned his role and comrades to serve the FL. Not that I'm complaining, i actually prefer that, but it seems strange. And why can't people see him? He's not a spirit, he just has her powers. And why does she want to leave him after only experiencing two senses? I thought she was supposed to experience all of them. None of it is making any sense.
I’m up to episode 5, and so far, it seems more like a war drama than what I was expecting. I thought there’d be more focus on the spirit realm, more interactions with spirits, and a stronger fantasy element, but at the moment it’s all about war. Does it stay like this throughout the series?
Overall It's ok. I just wasn't attracted to the FL. Not good enough for me. The male character with the older woman is weird. He cries all the time. Too feminine.
I'm considering watching this, and just had a couple of quick questions. The synopsis says the FL is a ghost. Does that mean she’s actually dead or an immortal?
Also, what’s the romance like? Is it the main focus or more in the background? Do the leads interact a lot? And is it more slow burn, or does it move pretty quickly?
I ended up skipping scenes after episode 25. Even though it’s a short series with short episodes, it just started to lose my interest. The romance is decent, but not the best. There’s also not much real intimacy between the characters, especially physically. Overall, it’s not bad, but if I’m skipping parts in a series this short, that says a lot. It’s just a bit boring.
Dropped. I thought the first 2 actors shown in the cast list were the ML and FL, but now i know they're not involved together. So that already ruined my experience. Very misleading. Then there's multiple ML's and FL's, which is one of the things i dislike the most.
