Ultra low budget and it shows. Not much here, but it was all pleasant. There's only the glimmer of a real story. It's a bunch of moments strung together. I did like how normal the whole family was, and how happy the Dad became as his son grew up, got a job and took responsibility for his own life. Honestly, I probably would have liked the movie better if that was the primary storyline. The NSFW scenes were ok, but they recycled that footage and added unrelated VO a bit too much. They also went on far longer than necessary, but obviously that was supposed to be a selling point of the movie. Considering Riku is very familiar with those types of scene, I found him surprisingly unconvincing (in those scenes, anyway).

Loved this episode. It got real and the emotions and acting went up a notch. Shiba can be such a robot, but when he smiles... sigh.

I appreciated that they didnt eat each other's faces. This sensual take is fitting with their characters given…
I, too, was touched by how tender NeilSea were in their scene. With ReeseOrca, I thought the cut was perfect. Didn't need a second more to know what was happening. Loved him pulling him off-screen like that. Such fun!

Dang, for a 15 year old, Almond really knows how to look flirty... ALL THE TIME. Big star in the making!

Earn is easily recognizable, since his braces give his mouth that "full to overflowing" look.

I'm watching this alongside rewatching the OG and altough the cast here is not bad at all the acting in the first…
Yes, the scripting here is lacking and direction is the big misfire. All those long pauses. The director uses 45 shots when 2 would suffice. It makes everything drag and the poor actors are left holding poses for unnaturally long times. When they actually get to "act" they are fine, but they clearly don't know what to do for the 30 seconds in between each line.

I'm with you on this. I'm also tired of KBLs never using the word "gay" or "bi" (can't think of the last time,…
I know what you mean. It's as if no kid in Korea has ever heard the word gay before. Yes, that's Young Royals. I had Heartstopper up there for a bit.

The law stuff/undercover work is more interesting than the BL aspects, to me. Although watching Shiba realize he was jealous was pretty funny.

Eh. An okay beginning. I'm tired of people who don't answer direct questions in BL. Such an over-used trope. Since it's short, I might give it a shot but not holding out too much hope.

My point was, HS/College settings will always be around.

I would have preferred they had rehearsed the 28 days together supporting each other and not separately just for…
NO band in the history of bands has ever "rehearsed" seperately.

Hi Everyone: Just a reminder. There was something called TELEVISION before streaming. You watched ONE episode per week and ALWAYS had to wait 7 days til the next. Typical shows had 13-26 episodes, so... you watched for 3-6 months (quite often with long breaks in between for Holiday shows, specials, Olympics, etc. ) And you couldn't rewatch it until they played a rerun. HORRORS! Life is not about instant gratification. Just wait a few days and the next episode will come out. It's called ANTICIPATION. It'll make you shiver (as Frank N Furter). Just sit back, relax and enjoy.

Yes it looks fun in ep1, but do we really need more School based BLs?The MLs are all aged 25-30Can GMMTV please…
BL's are primarily targeted at high school audiences, so we will NEVER leave High School/College (with the occasional foray into adult LGBTQ+ territory).

BTW - Can we talk about Isumi's wardrobe? Despite everything being oversized and making him look like he was SWALLOWED by his sweaters, he looked like he could be on a runway. So stylish.

I enjoyed the first episode. Earth is a great dramatic actor, but I find his comedy waaaaay too over the top for my tastes. His whining, pouting and extreme facial expressions seem so fake to me. At least this time his character seems like a 12 year old instead of an 8 year old.

The boys all look great. So happy to see Mix, but wish he had a bigger role. Would love for Foam to have a love interest. Bas has improved so much. He deserves another shot at a lead role.

But all in all, this just feels every other college series. Not sure I'll stick this one out.

Decent performances, but some truly laughable plot developments. The worst fight sequences I have ever seen (or rather, not seen, just heard). But Milk is so damn cute.
