I do agree with a lot of points youāve made. I certainly do have a love n hate relationship with this one because I read the manhwa first, and I was just excited to see the adaptation. To be fair, I didnāt finish the manhwa because I could see clearly the flaws you mentioned especially in the last chapters of the manhwa.

Yeah I think for most bls even manhwas is for the main couple to end up together. It doesnāt matter if they are toxic or if itās logical. I can stand manhwas at least because there are some things I can still like even if the plot isnāt that great and the couple is toxic. I also took a break from watching bls altogether. I just reread some of my favourite manhwas. I figured promoting toxicity is every genre anyways so itās hard to find stuff I enjoy 90% of the time

I couldnāt fathom why after everything they had to still end up together. No way even thought itās fiction a victim would chose to be his abuser.
