They sold the rights to other platforms I’m not sure ViuTV or Disney+. I’ve just received this confirmation from them so they don’t have the airing rights 🙄
I’m so annoyed that SEA region always gets a different treatment from WeTV every time a popular drama gets released although we subscribe just the same as ppl from other regions. I’m already a subscriber of WeTV. Why do I have pay extra to subscribe to some other platform that I don’t use?
Finally finished the drama. Overall it’s not bad except 2 points. 1. It could be shorter and the drama would be tighter. 2. I’m a bit disappointed that Panyue started out being so interesting but he ended up becoming ‘psychic Panyue’ 🙄 Still, I’ve enjoyed this drama 👍
By the way, anyone can comment if this is better or War of Faith?….since it’s the same era drama. Thinking…
Both are good imo. I finished War of Faith and for this drama I’m still on Ep 19. Both dramas although set in the same era and have similar espionage/Communist plots, the focus is very different. WoF focuses on banking, mentor-mentee relationship. SS focuses on friendship & the collective power of ordinary ppl.
