I feel like they likely forgot the marriage contract because of all the chaos. Also I-AN is very much in love with Hui ju to put her in harms way ( at least its what i think *especially after episode 8 ). However, you can be right... you never know with kdramas ( if thats actually the case I think it will be very interesting.
