All Chinese actors always have kissing scenes. Many of them are passionate kissers as well. For example Zhang Ling He, Yang Yang, Dylan Wang, Luo Yun Xi, Vin Zhang, Wang An Yu, Neo Hou, etc etc.
For Ren Jia Lun cases, he still do kissing scenes in some of his dramas. He kissed Jing Tian in The Glory of Tang Dynasty. He also kissed Dilraba in The Blue Whisper. He also kissed Bai Lu in Forever n Ever. So it's totally WRONG to say that RJL never do kissing scenes.
I watch both Cdramas and Kdramas. Korean actors also always have kissing scenes in their dramas. So idk what other commenter talking about with those false statements. Both Cdramas and Kdramas have many kissing scenes.

Who said that? All Chinese actors + Korean actors ALWAYS HAVE KISSING SCENES. I watch both romance Cdramas and Kdramas. And 99% of romance dramas always have kissing scenes.

I know what your meant. But I agree with previous user above that as general term "Romance" word/genre is more referred to straight relationship between opposite sex/heterosexual love (men and women).

YOU SHOULD STOP TALKING NON SENSE INSTEAD
There is some bromance moments but the story revolved around romance between ML and FL more.
I watched 8 eps and it's a full straight romance. The 2nd ML most likely will become an antagonist in the future.
