It was Liu Yifei who acted in the 2020 Disney Mulan, not Cecilia Liu unless you are talking about another Mulan movie which I am not aware

Am not perfect but I pay tax!
Relationship is personal and I won't penalised any actors/actresses for it. Not paying tax is about integrity. It's rather disappointing to know about DL's case. I will still watch his drama for what he did and hope he will learn a lesson from it.
