The drama was a lot of fun with a little too much murdering. Some parts got a little too unbelievable because the plot armor was too strong. It was a little too long and draggy at the end. But overall, very enjoyable and an unserious watch.

The final ep is a complete disaster, completely ruins the plot, ruins the pacing, ruins the characters. Did they run out of money? Did the director purposefully trash the show? Are we living in a simulation? Hard to imagine how a show can transform into a 1 hour slow moving train wreck after all the hard work of the previous episodes, but alas, here we are. Honestly, its a tragedy.

The main characters were great but the story? Seriously? The story plot is all over the place and not in a good way. I don't really understand the hype about this drama.

The flashbacks were way too long, especially flashbacks about minor characters we don't care about. Literally over half the runtime is just flashbacks of the parents and villains and ancillary stuff that does nothing for the actual plot.

The story original starts with a rogue agent trying to silence retired agents. Okay, that is interesting. There are hints the rogue is from US, from the CIA, so it sets up an international conflict. Then, it just ends. The rogue agent dies and nothing else happens. We don't see any mention of the US or CIA again.

Then, right before the final battle, we suddenly get introduced to new villains that turns it into a South Korea vs North Korea battle royal. Where did that come from? And we spend way too much time on pointless backstories of the villains during the battle royal.

There is also the battle which lasted way too long. Just nonsensical brawling. The power system doesn't even make sense. Its basically power of friendship and love.

The whole drama is a hodge podge of ideas throw in with a few special effects fights. I don't get it. If you want an actual superpower story with actual plot, go watch uncanny counter.

One last thing, the only redeeming thing about this novel is the mom, she is the most badass special agent mom in kdrama and she single handedly saved this drama.

Such a strange drama. The female lead's performance was 10/10 perfection. The opening episode and the premise were so good, it built up so much romantic tension between the leads and put up several interesting storylines in such clever ways.

But in the end, the audience doesn't get much payoff because the writing falls apart so spectacularly, the MC is so mean sometimes and a completely unrelatable block of wood, and the side plots and side characters are so lame. It is hard to describe the drop of between beginning and the ending.

I was hooked completely by ep1 but felt like I had been swindled out of my time and emotions.
