Yes and they could have had him walk up and actually over hear Do Yun's confession which they still may do on Monday. Their endings are not always what actually happens. We see a different version in the following episode.

No. he was too late and too far away. All I am talking about is the fact they had the perfect ending to the episode and ruined it for no apparent reason.
HE SAID I LOVE YOU, PEOPLE I LOST ALL THE HOPES BUT HE MADE IT THE OTHER SIDE HE CONFESSED
They should have ended the scene with the confession. That would have been perfect. Jae In not providing an answer was more than enough suspense to carry over to the next episode. Gi Chan's showing up was unnecessary and ruined the scene. Plus, it was really out of place and made no sense for him to even be there. But be that as it may. They could have always had him show up after hearing all the commotion with the police and all when they replayed it in the next episode.
Sometimes the directors/writers go a tad too far trying to keep interest going, and this was one of those cases.
WE GOT A CONFESSSSSSION!!! im sure jae in will try and push back until the revenge is over but my heart is happy…
In this case, her pushing back is perfectly understandable with all that is going on. Plus, she needs time to process this. It did happen right after someone tried to drag her into a van after all.
At least he left no doubt or confusion about where he stands. Now, a decent guy waits and lets her take her time.
The most hilarious scenes so far:- the clearing the desk/screaming match between GC and SR in GC’s office after…
I thought Se Ri escape run was funny as hell. Taking those tiny steps and all I could hear was her heels. Rule clarification. Do you wear heels to a kidnap interrogation?
I am just loving this. You cannot help but laugh. KSR is so dumb. Like she just doesn't understand to stop and…
Yeah, she is not good at scheming either because they all end in disaster. In her head though she is a master mind because she gets that little smile on her face when she dreams up another plan that immediately falls apart and she is left screaming it wasn't me.

Tomorrow it looks like from the preview he takes on his desk phone.
