What pisses me off the most about the writing for Junho’s character is that it’s exactly why so many people…
I know this is a drama, but you never know what message viewers will take away, even though it's fiction. Jun Ho's behavior is problematic in such a way that he is downright dangerous. To depict Jang Mi and Baek Ho not taking any proactive action against him due to his conduct and threats sends a terrible message even in a fictionalized account.
There is a recent story out of South Korea where a male who was obsessing over a female who rejected him, and because he couldn't get to her, ended up killing an unrelated 17-year-old female and injuring another 17-year-old male who came to her rescue. There is more to the story, but this was just the short version. The police handling of the incident was also a huge problem.
Ok sure no one saw the biatch shove cookie doughkie 😂 … cookie doughkie does the ear thing like baek ho …we…
About the necklace. Seo Rin has been with Hwa Yeong all her life, and in 30 years, she has never seen Hwa Yeong with that necklace. Impossible. Daughters always go through their mother's jewelry. It makes sense that Grandpa would have it saved away.
> does nothing.> competition just keep shooting themselves in the foot.hwayoung isn't 'doing nothing', but…
Hwa Yeong happens to be everywhere at any time to over hear critical information. She keeps showing up at the side dish shop, yet no one has an actual clue she might be up to something.
this has become too exhausting but i can't in good conscience drop it because i'm already 107 episodes deep. i…
I couldn't agree more. Jun ho and his delusion, Seo Rin and her whining. San Wol and Hong Ju have been disappointing throw away characters from the beginning. We were led to believe they wanted to take over Dream Group and not spend the entire drama pretty much just sharing a bedroom.
San Wol should have been written as a romantic partner that the Chairman just couldn't live without or a business owner in her own right with power and influence within the Dream Group. In either scenario she would have been able to be a real threat to Hwa Yeong and more interesting. If those 2 were not in this drama at all I don't think anyone would miss their characters.
I feel you. I also watching Pearl in Red and that revenge drama seems to have more actual revenge happening than…
Well, I don't care for the stiff acting, prolonged and unnecessary staring at each other without speaking, and even the premise that someone would be attempting revenge for 30 years with no real progress sucks.
JFC. I am so done with this clueless sister-in-law feeding Hwa Yeong every detail she needs to pull off a scam.
At least Manager Lee tried to save Hwa Yeong before it's too late, but she is too far gone and delusional to comprehend that in the end, her plan is doomed and bound to fail.
I feel you. I also watching Pearl in Red and that revenge drama seems to have more actual revenge happening than this one. It's only 100 episodes so that may be why it seems to move along a lot faster than this one.
This is true to some extent LoL as Jun Ho has serious mommy and abandonment issues(?)So the fact Jang Mi showed…
Yep, anything can happen, and I could be wrong. I can't shake these feelings. In the end, the writers don't want him to be a totally bad guy because of his mommy issues and abandonment. They are letting him walk right to the edge, but in the end, he will pull himself back.
I will be shocked if they don't lose the USB to Hwa Yeong and don't back it up. Also decide to keep what's on…
She knows everything anyway. But, maybe through her spy, Hong Ju. I mean they discuss everything in either the break room or a place where they can be easily overheard.
The writers are doing a great job of making my blood boil by the way they set up these scenes. The necklace is out and clearly visible when Hwa Yeong is around, scheming, yet all of a sudden the chain is shorter, and the necklace is hidden when around the chairman.
Ha! The She-Devil confirmed that Mama Twins is the long-lost daughter (DNA tests, preview), just as Chairman Ma’s…
They have done absolutely nothing to hold Hwa Yeong in check. She has free rein of the house, where she can pretty much do anything she wants. Same with Dream Group, where she can and will attempt to do all sorts of damage.
They have to keep the conflict going so the main villain cannot go down too early in the drama. Some of the better revenge dramas l have come across have more than one villain besides the main one that has to be dealt with and they can be taken out much earlier or they switch sides.
