It's so different from the reality of the show. Every one of the marriages in this drama is devoid of any affection between the couples.

Do the writers expect us not to understand that we know Holly is his own brand? He is not some up-and-coming trying catch-a-break designer. He doesn't need his grandma to become successful. If anything Grandma needs him more so her threats are pretty meaningless.
