Well, we can clearly see now that Hae Ra has no problem abusing Seok Jin's mom, and he is clueless right now. Also, he is avoiding even kissing Hae Ra. I just find it hard to believe that, after all this time and knowing her since high school, he doesn't know how toxic Hae Ra is. I guess marrying into a wealthy family is more important to him.

Eun Seol is a bit reckless right now, but she has room to grow.
This is the way these stories are written.

Finally, we can enjoy the rest of the drama as the right people are held to account.

She has to come close to getting caught time and time again to keep the suspense up.

if she’s not careful she’s going to get fired!
She does have to be careful about getting physical with Hae Ra because Hae Ra can set her up.

I mean the noona romance is a side plot, I don't think it matters much overall here lol
It's not much of a romance right now.

EunSeol isn’t the usual doormat and that is a good piece of news but she is a bit reckless in her investigation.…

Seok Jin is a gold digger, in my opinion. Nothing more and nothing less. If he can get away with it, he is willing to enter into a transactional relationship with Hae Ra for his own benefit. He doesn't care about her feelings, nor does he care about the type of person she is. She is about to start abusing his mom, so it will be interesting to see how long he pretends not to know about that.

His comments to the CEO were such a red flag, and if the CEO actually does care about his daughter, there is no way he should allow him to marry her.

If this were a spy drama, Dae Chi would already have been hanged for treason. He can't do anything without getting caught.

Hello everyone I have one question as i have not started watching this dramà yetThe Kang Hae Ra character is…
I agree with sweetnothings. This is about the character and not the actress playing her. She is certainly a one-dimensional character. She is flat and lacks any sort of depth. Even though she is annoying right now more than anything, there is a risk that her antics will get predictable and boring.

Dae Chi caused all this misery. While others made mistakes, everything happening now cascades from his actions and greed.

Eun Seol and Jeong Seon will have to have each other's backs then, because Mi Ran is a killer and will probably see them getting close as a threat.

Title Our Happy Days Spoiler
I might be unfair or expecting way too much from the writer of this drama, but I am so over Gyeol. His treatment…
You know, I could buy them being together in the end if the director had inserted a few cutaway scenes, or whenever he turned his back on her, you could see the hurt and distress on his face from having to speak sternly to her or push her away. But we got none of that, so I think Eun Ae's character deserves better than just accepting and forgiving his prior abuse.

To me, them getting together in the end will just seem false and forced. However, I did like this drama overall, and of course seeing everyone's comments on it always makes these dramas for me, even when I hate them.

Title Our Happy Days Spoiler
Just watched the subbed episode 108.Gyeol is, by far, the most idiotic and most untelegenic ML of a kdrama that…
I might be unfair or expecting way too much from the writer of this drama, but I am so over Gyeol. His treatment of Eun Ae, who, as you correctly point out, helped him immensely, has been way over the top and a complete turnoff.

My biggest problem with his character, though, is that he is all anger and victimhood with no nuance. He has had that same zombie face for too many episodes now. He shows no real effort to punish the actual culprit, nor does he show any emotional distress about having to push the woman he claimed he loved so much away.

This grandma is infuriating!! Mean, stupid and a liar!
I hope they change her attitude because it is going to be really difficult watching her act this way for 100 episodes.

Gyeol has done nothing to the person who actually killed his father. I guess he was really busy making the life of the woman he claimed to love and wanted to build a life with pretty miserable. She is hanging in there like a trooper, though. Anyway, there is always the next episode for him to finally take some type of action other than showing his mean face to Dae Chi.

yeah but i feel like the lawyer is gonna defend her. and finally seok jin will learn why eun seol hasn't contacted…
I don't know for sure, of course, but I think we might start seeing a change in Grandma's attitude.

Something might happen to cause the shift; she might turn out to be one of those people who has no problem hating on one of her family members but can't stand by while some outsider does, or her own greed won't want her meal ticket messed with.
