A spectacular failure, one of the worst BLs I've seen. Usually I'm pretty forgiving but GMMTV has more resources to make BLs than all the other companies in Thailand. They have no excuse to make a show in 2020 that's worse in nearly every way the series they produced in 2016. The story couldn't be less interesting and neither could the leads. They have zero chemistry and spend about 20 minutes of the entire series as a couple. If they had spent a lot less time on their high school life, focused on PureFolk instead of IttPai or less time in the final episode with the parents causing problems for no reason, this would have been fine, but they did the opposite.
If you only watch the PureFolk scenes which only start after episode 7, this is a good show. Otherwise it's extremely bad. GMMTV is really wasting Fiat's talent. They care more than him being short than any BL fan does!
Technically this is one of the worst series I've seen. The camerawork, writing, editing, directing, acting and especially sound editing were really awful. But I still liked it. It's an ok watch if you're bored.
David and Simon had good chemistry and I was never bored while they were on the island. The twist surprised me and even though it was preachy and the mental health worker should immediately lose her license, I was glad David grew during his ordeal. I lowkey want sequel with David, Simon and Vince in a love triangle or at least with Vince finding another guy π€·ββοΈ
I did really dislike the homophobic comments by the hotel staff though, I wish those lines weren't included in the series
As much as I love so many things about this show, the decision to make Nat consistently aggressively hostile is very tough to watch. I know he will be developed and move past this behavior sooner or later, but it won't erase everything that he's done to Na, Tofu and others. Violence and bullying are never ok even if someone is hurting.
I haven't read the book, so my comment is only based on what I've seen up until episode 3. I don't want to have the plot spoiled.
I know most people gonna give this show a second try, at this point even most of websites that upload series have forgotten about it. But it gets better every episode. Chap and Green have great natural chemistry and episode 5 finally focused on them together. The writing and directing are weak, but overall it's an enjoyable 20 minutes every week.
This show is really aiming to have the best BL kisses of the year and I'm completely here for it. Also, I'll love any show that has a cameo from BounPrem π₯°π₯°
I appreciated the sincerity of this show and it's impossible not to smile at the sweet moments. But overall, after waiting 2 years for it to come out, I found this to be underwhelming. It felt like a BL that would have come out a few years ago. It was very predictable and since I mostly skipped over the secondary couples, waiting 10 episodes for Mork and Tawan to get together was unsatisfying.
Also, I'm sure this will be an unpopular opinion, but Mork deserved a better boyfriend than Tawan. Evil Por always said Tawan never had time for him and even 4 years laters he couldn't bother to remember his anniversary with Mork. Mork spent the entire season being supportive of Tawan, I can't say the same about Tawan.
I look forward to seeing Fluke in more shows, but for me the series is pretty forgettable.
Wow!!! I never say this but Da Un and Si Won are perfect together. Korea's less frustrating version of ITSAY + the a BL made for all fujoshi film majors to relate to I LOVED THEM TOGETHER SO MUCH. It feels like the KBL industry mostly took a year off in 2021 to prepare for an amazing year in 2022 and once again I'm impressed. I wish we had more time with these two, but seeing their relationship blossom was really enjoyable. It took a while for Si Won to start smiling, but by the time he did he stole my heart. This was great.
These two get cuter every episode π. Domestic bliss has never looked better, best bed scene of the year! I just love how naturally everything fell into place in their relationship. I truly wish we had more time with these adorable boys. This episode feels like it covered 30 episodes. But either way, I'm loving every minute of this series.
I watched 11 episodes and then gave up. It's 3 minutes per episode on tiktok so you get what you'd expect. I can't recommend wasting time on this but if you want something different, it's harmless
This and KinnPorsche were my most anticipated shows of the year. Now that we're being blessed with both at the same time, I couldn't be more excited. I was kinda nervous when I saw that this would be 16 hour and half episodes since most shows these days barely have enough content to fill 10 episodes, but epsiode 1 was really great. Nut was the least likeable character out of everyone, but I'm sure he'll get better. I'm so excited for the rest of this, Tofu is the cutest π

Nope, I didn't even bother. Is it as good as Nitiman? I dropped Love Area, Oh Boarding House and Physical Therapy those were probably all close to as good as Niti π€£. I just finished Something In My Room, it wasn't as engaging as Niti. I shared my thoughts but the comments section didn't appreciate my views haha

Aww I was only able to sit through the 1st 2 epjsodes of Love Stage. I've been dropping A LOT of BLs this year. The only reason I got through Nitiman was because I binged it in a few days. I might watch Love Stage when there's a drought of good new BLs. Enjoy trolling it!
Overall, I loved this series. I thought Suar, was on point when he was asked to carry the episodes. Boom had a…
I agree with all your comments. For me this show's ending wasn't about resolutions, but showing the end of this brief moment in time when all the characters lives were entertwined. I wish I knew outcome of the couples' long term issues, but I can hold out a tiny bit of hope for a season 2 or movie.
