Emotionally distant

Don't get me wrong, I love lighthearted shows where we sort of know what we are getting into in terms of story and episode length. However, this just didn't work out for me.
Usually I get into shows like these easily and enjoy them for what they are, however nothing drew me into the story or couples. If I were to describe what I felt about everything I'd use the word "shallow".
The second couple had me curious and I was really hoping to see and understand more about these two, but the episode length and lack of screen time caused a lot of drawbacks. The main couple was pretty cute and there were some well done scenes, however nothing really draws you into their story.
A good show to me is one that can draw me in and make me feel empathy for the characters, but I mostly felt nothing in terms of these ones. All in all, it's unfortunate to say that this show was overall quite boring and distant, I think it actually had a lot of potential. Either way, the actors did well with what they were given which is always commendable and appreciated.
*As a warning if you start watching for the second couple, I feel like you'll be really disappointed with the screen time and emotional connection if that's something you prioritize and enjoy.*

There will never be anything like it.

Quite literally the best show I have watched up till now.
I loved everything about it, every piece, every moment.
It is an extremely dynamic and intense story, the acting is incredible and honestly it tore me apart a million times just to put me back together again. (-Last episode, I'm talking about you).
I was loving it until the end brought in the memory loss trope. Whenever I encounter one of those I quite literally can't function. It hurts to think about the person someone once was, and how they have to start again. Quite literally, I was terrified. The ending did make me cry and feel so much heartbreak. But as much as I hated it, I loved it so much more.
In the end, the pain was worth it. Maybe it's because I haven't watched many impactful shows like this, but I truly believe it can't get better. I will never ever forget this. It will quite literally be in my mind forever.
It was truly incredible. Honestly, probably my favourite forever. Beautiful.

Nostalgic beauty

This movie definitely gave me a comforting feeling of nostalgia which is the main reason why it felt so good to watch. The concept is pretty interesting and I also liked the acting, the settings and the cinematography (for sure the colour grading). Although the movie felt a bit boring to me, it was still worth it for the nostalgic vibe. Not amazing but definitely not bad or horrible.
Love love loved the song at the end as well as the credit scene for sure <3

The man who makes you cry and the man who makes you smile

Being completely honest, I thought I would end up rating this a 10/10 however, really the first three episodes are the 10/10.
Something about the younger versions of these characters hit so hard that each moment felt meaningful and dazzling. I admittedly cried the most at the beginning.
The later episodes were good but I felt a bit of emptiness toward the end/middle, it was also a bit confusing (however, the details clear up as you go on). Despite this, I have no regrets watching the series. This is one of the most beautiful things I've spent my time on and I think I'll always miss it.
A good show makes you contemplate life a bit I think, and honestly, I'm left wondering and reflecting on a lot now. There was such a unique beauty to this show that I won't be able to forget.

Justifiable? (Don't forget the tissues)

I can fully confirm how heartbreaking it was to watch this.
The story and the characters were amazingly built up, I felt so much for both the mc's and I ended the movie feeling even more for them. It's easy to say that I won't be forgetting about this movie, thinking about the unfairness of it all. Life is unfair, hurtful and devastating, but the only thing left at the end is love. I will always believe that. And if you want more confirmation on that fact, this story will always be there to remind you.
Just don't forget to stock up on tissues.

It's a mundane slice of life?

I'm all for relaxing pieces of art, but it needs to have emotion and a purpose or message at least.
I watched this movie on a plane ride, zero expectations, just me and the movie.
It had some nice scenes that made me smile and feel something at least, the main duos relationship was wholesome and very uplifting, but then the movie just ended.

Honestly, I was waiting the whole movie for something to actually happen. I didn't expect romance or anything but I expected a friendship. Heck, they spent so much time with each other they should've become good friends. But the whole build up of the movie was honestly toward nothing. There was very slight healing themes, other than that it was just mundane and slow. Not horrible, definitely not my go to choice to spend time on.

A captivating dream come true

This is actually one of my absolute favourite shows of all time. The story is rich and never fails to keep you entertained and the acting is amazing and captivating, so much that I still obsess over these qualities even after the show's airing period.
This show exceeded my expectations and stays in my mind to this day. If you're someone who enjoys a good hurt/comfort story as well as the second chance trope, I feel like you would truly enjoy this. It has the perfect amount of angst and comfort in it's scenes, which is a balance I appreciate and love.
The actors did an amazing job and the production is beautiful and unforgettable. If you have a chance, definitely take the time to watch Love for love's sake <3
