This has been said many times before but again, Noey is not 15. He is 17/18 years old. And age has nothing to do with who is fiercer imo. I have seen HS school kids like that irl. Depends on the country.

I see some people asking why Noey is in a gang. I read somewhere that in the novel Noey was in a a gang because as a kid he used to see his stepfather hurt his mom so he decided to be tough to be able to protect his family so that no one will be able to bully them anymore. I didn't read the whole novel yet so not sure.

However, in EP 10 Noey was quite clear that he wanted to take his father's place in protecting his family and his father used to be a gangster (according to the series) too so he followed in his father's footsteps which is why Noey's mom is so worried that she will lose her son as she lost her husband. He even said in words that he will take his place it's not that hard to understand unless some people haven't been watching the whole thing 😁😁

The series varies from novel in many aspects except for the basic storyline so it won't be exactly the same as the novel.

Noey was wearing that orange shirt when he was giving his mom the jade pendant but took it back because he for some reason didn't want to give it. He was wearimg the same orange shirt in EP2 when Thi fell in the pond.

I think we can safely say now that Noey was already attracted to Thi since the beginning but just couldn't put a name to this feeling. That's why he subconciously projected his own feelings onto Thi saying Thi is the one who is in love with him 😆😆

Again, I think it's a difference in opinion. Thi is intelligent but academically. He is someone who has never experienced such an event before, we cannot sit and judge that he should've done this or that. Just my opinion.

Yea let's agree to disagree on this one. Thi is supposed to be book smart not street smart. He has probably never faced such a thing happen in his life before. So I don't exactly hold it against him. I think it's easier said than done.

I agree with this, as much as I love Noey and he deserves all the love in this world.

When it was just Bas and another guy in EP 2, Thi helped him as he thought 2 against 2 was okay. But Thi against so many guys with two people injured on the floor? It's unreasonable to expect THI of all people to fight against that knowing he can't fight to save his own life.

Many people like it, some people don't. I say give it a try with an open mind and not compare it with other shows because this storyline is different in it's own way. 😊😊 you may love it, like it or maybe it will not be your kind of show.

In theory yes that would have been ideal but when things like this play out it happens within a matter of minutes. Considering the number of guys Bas got with him this time, wouldn't have been easy to do all that. He wasn't exactly hiding behind the women either. Not sure if you saw but they were hurt.

Practically, was he supposed to leave the two injured people and run out to get help? Would they have let him go out since they were kinda blocking the entrance? Was he supposed to threaten to call police and would've Bas listened to him since he had more in number. Bas could've have just easily just punched him and shut him up. I think even in real life it's easy to say from audience POV that they could've done this or that but as imo, when things like this happen it's not always easy to react. But I guess people might think differently.

He can't even fight how was he supposed to help Noey against so many guys? He would have ended up hurt even more than Noey. He would have been more of a hindrance if anything. Bas probably would've stabbed him already.

I think it's understandable most parents would want their child to not get involved with trouble. And as much as we love Noey, Thi being with him makes him a target to such attacks from other gangs too. However, this is something they both need to overcome together. Noey needs to prove that he will leave the gangster life behind him and Thi needs to stand up for Noey to his parents. There might be some drama as Noey might panic that he will lose Thi and Thi will get stressed about his parents but it will all turn out well.

I wouldn't say it's for nothing. Look at their character development. They have come so far. So if they want to make a season 2 and show Noey and Thi be in a proper relationship without one being in HS then I think that's good. We don't know for sure yet if there will be a season 2 though.

I am pretty sure he will! This episode's trial was for Noey, next episode's trial might be for Thi. They both need to overcome obstacles to be together.

I am glad Thi didn't try fight them because he would have surely gotten hurt and would have created more mess. When he tried to catch Noey in one scene, Noey pushed him back. Then he got busy holding Noey's mom and sister. Also like you said, Noey's wake up call being through his family makes more sense. He will see he has so much more to lose and not just Thi.

wow, I have no words. I went from smiling like an idiot to crying in one episode.

I was expecting something like this will happen. But I think this will be a huge wake-up call for Noey. Thi's parents' disapproval and his family getting hurt, he will seriously need to change. I don't think it will be a sad ending, Noey asked Thi not to worry and said he would find a way to win overThi's parents and I believe him! There might be more drama before that, but I am sure it will work out.

I still feel there might be a slight time jump in the last episode OR if they want to build it up to S2, that would be great too! Even if Thi goes away for a while, Noey will find him or he will be back and that would show their bond is serious and not just a teen crush. Thi will not leave Noey's side so easily I am sure. Fate is going to put them through some trials and tribulations before uniting them for good!

This episode had many sweet moments but also many sad and emotional moments. I guess this is life. I liked that they showed Noey failing his classes because it is true Noey is not academically gifted. So he couldn't have just woken up one day and started doing well in classes. Looking forward to EP 11. I am prepared to be a little sad for Noey & Thi but something says it will be resolved soon as well.

Translations are not accurate. Because Noey says ม.4 in Thai but they translated that to freshman. M4 students are typically 16/17 years old.

You might not like people acting weak or cowardly but yet there are people in real life who are like that. Not everyone needs to be sassy and physically strong. Thi might have been a coward in terms of violence and non confrontational in the beginning but he was shown to stand up for what he believes in and help others even at the expense of getting beaten. That's also a type of courage imo. Also, no gender is inherently weak and no gender is inherently strong. A guy can have a soft personality and like being homey and girl can be tough and like being out and about 🤷‍♀️

I think it's a cultural perspective because like I said, in Thailand having a 3/4 year age gap is not a big deal. Someone from US in another comment mentioned their friend dating a 20 year old while they were 17. Personally, I feel a 17 year old doesn't get any smarter as soon as they turn 18. Thi & Noey are not officially dating either. So I suppose it's a difference in perspective 🤷‍♀️

Hmm that could've worked too but then it would have been a completely different story imo. Noey doesn't want to do better because he thinks he is still in school but because he thinks he is not a good enough person for Thi to fully love him. I think there is a difference in the mindset there.

Also the main point of the story in yhe novel was that Thi became Noey's tutor. That's when they started getting close. If he was a HS dropout then them getting close would've had to be in a different setting hence completely changing the storyline.

Yes according to Thai twitter somethings have been changed. Noey's character in the novel is a lot more innocent romantically than the Noey portrayed in the series. There is no Nidnhoi's character in novel. Also, Noey asked his mom to hire Thi as his tutor in the novel because he thought Thi was Pam's tutor too but didn't know that Thi didn't tutor Pam.
