Started off strong, but it started to lose steam towards the end.
The starting episodes were fire. The curiosity builds up really well and makes you want to watch the next episode, but somewhere along the way, the concept they initially set up gets lost. It felt like the story started going down a sidetrack instead of staying focused on the main plot. There were also a few scenes where the characters didn’t feel genuine or convincing.I was expecting a bit more from the ending, so I’m honestly kind of disappointed. It started off strong, but unfortunately, it lost its spark towards the end.

A Revenge Thriller I Caught Myself In ?
Mousetrap is a really good drama and definitely one I’d recommend if you’re looking for a thriller with no unnecessary nonsense. The actors gave their best, and the performances keep you completely invested in the story. What I loved most was the plot. Just when you think everything is finally over and you have figured it all out, another plot twist comes in and makes you question everything you just watched.
There were moments when I literally paused and thought, “Wait… what actually just happened?” 😭 Every connection, every character, and every little detail seems to have a story behind it.
If you enjoy revenge thrillers that keep you thinking and constantly questioning what’s really going on, I’d definitely recommend giving this one a watch. 🖤
