Yes EXACTLY everything you said I agree with 100%!!! Some people don't understand why others have major issues with Jin and you just gave a perfect example of why! At least with the other guys in the group you knew who and what they were but no Jin tried to act all nice and be the cool guy but hes actually a wolf in sheep's clothing! And it honestly says a lot about his character....that he stilled wanted to be friends with these guys who bullied a poor boy (a boy he had a crush on mind you) for NO REASON AT ALL! Like major ew!!! By that point New was already gone.....sadly him dying probably was the best ending for him.

Like if you write a book about giving second chances then how about having a proper conversation and apologizing for your role in the break up when you meet said person! Instead he just let Mhok take all the blame. Still very yuck for me! He may have wrote that book but when they met in person a few years later he acted like he couldn't stand him!
See that last part I don't buy....Mhok told Day many times about his fear of losing people because he felt he let down his sister and she ended up killing herself.....So Day did know why he lied. And that is so awful to make major life changing decisions for your partner! "I'm going to break up with you so you have NO choice but to take that career that you really don't even want in the first place! Look at me I'm such a saint sacrificing my love for you!" I call BS on that NO ONE should force choices for their supposed "loved"ones or manipulate them into doing something they have expressed they really didn't want to do in the first place! I just feel like Day is a very selfish person and its okay to be selfish sometimes but he doesn't give others that same grace!
Just finished watching the show I enjoyed it....wish it ended a bit differently but yeah overall really liked it! Somethings I want to say are: poor baby White he did not deserve that to happen to him literally the only innocent one in the series....so sad! New: I don't care what anyone says...I'm 100% on news side! The law didn't do shit for him and his family! They just wanted to sweep everything under the rug! His baby brother was bullied and killed, his mom died, his dad offed himself...umm yeah at that point its Kill Bill time those assholes needed to pay and he deserved his revenge! When your little sibling is murdered and taken from you that is a special kind of pain that will never go away....I knew exactly how New was feeling ....you just want to burn the whole world down....luckily for me I had a great support system in my mom and older sister but damn I couldn't even imagine how to deal with that on your own! Non: My poor baby Non.....he made ALOT of dumb mistakes and I had a hard time getting on board with his actions but at the same time he just so badly wanted to be loved.....from anyone...... he joined a friend group that clearly didn't like him and tortured him and then ran into the arms of an ADULT MAN (SO NASTY AND WRONG) who only wanted his body...poor boy....let this be a warning to parents out there pay attention to your kids and show them love or they will try and find it in really bad places! Phee: I'm conflicted....on one had I can kinda understand that he caught feelings for Jin but I also don't like that he kinda didn't care about Non after a while (at least that's how it seemed to me)....he was kind like "OHH NEW BOYFRIEND!" and just kinda didn't care about finding out what happened to Non anymore. Jin: Hes still a rat in my opinion he was a coward for not having Nons back (since he claims to care about him so much) and hes an asshole for uploading that video and making everything 100000% more worse! Rest of the friend group: They got what they deserved!

So I am really late I know BUT I just finished this series!l FINALLY! I Been holding off on watching the last episode since it aired.....and I have to say I really hated the last episode LOL!!! In the end Day really really REALLY rubbed me the wrong way......like up until the last part of episode 11 I really liked Day but...damn......that was some serious character assassination right there! The way he just tossed Mhok aside without even talking it through or taking some time apart! It came off almost as if he was just like ready to dump him for any perceived slight, like honestly that was kind yuck for me.... like did he really mean that little to Day? Did these past months of getting to know him really not matter or count for anything? What because he assumed that Mhok felt sorry for him? Really? Really? Girl really?! Yeah major YUCK for me!
I was hoping episode 12 would bring it back BUT NOPE the whole episode was Mhok walking around like a lost and wounded puppy kissing Days ass in the hopes that he will get back together with him. When Day says "Should I give him a second chance? What if he hurts me again"? I was literally like what in the actual fuck are you talking about? Are you high or something? Because what did Mhok even do?!?!? Not once NOT EVEN ONCE in the lats episode did Day validate Mhoks trauma and fear of losing his loved ones.....instead we get Mhok apologizing TWICE to Day and taking the entire blame for their breakup......so disgusting! When Mhok said "Thank you for breaking up with me" I literally cringed the fuck out....like no baby you did nothing wrong don't take the blame on by yourself!
Over all I really loved the first 11 and half episodes! It was a great ride BUT wow that last episode left a BADDDD taste in my mouth! I don't think I'll come back and re watch this anytime soon sadly :(!
