the masked guy is some high official close to the Emperor, maybe the head Eunuch?- he carries a walking stick in ep.2, but the head Eunuch in ep3, walks freely briskly, so maybe the walking stick is a camouflage, or maybe he's someone else 🥴.. they trained revenge hungry kid, to do the job for them, to get rid of the cruel and politically influencial Marquis, who serves the Emperor and commands an army🙄 Marquis has many enemies, due to his excessive cruelty towards innocent people, but he made big contributions to the defence of the state 🥴
