As I am hate watching this now...LMAO...ahem, a few things...
~Unless you are a Christmas movie or on the Hallmark channel, Christmas music should pretty much be the last choice used...for anything. ~While the series started out with me blaming Fifth, mostly, for the ships slow decent into murky waters, the fact that no one is blaming Zeke for his participation in the actual sinking is shocking. He has been a main role in the demise of FiZeke & continues to be. I went from really loving him to wanting to see him off at the tarmac with a one way ticket in hand. ~The endless plot holes that surround Zeke & Kevin piss me off noticed mainly because nothing is actually happening with them. Like how is Kevin affording playing house at this hotel & eating at all of these restaurants for this long? Where is Zeke's truck when he leaves? Why does Zeke have luggage leaving the hotel but Kevin doesn't? Why is the hotel bed suddenly a twin? ~Iris & Bitchy Lorraine...the timing was all off...they were supposed to go for the movie after school that day...FF now they are at the park & then going to the movies...so we missed their first date or we just ignore continuity? And they were handsy so what did we miss? ~I thought Joel was just the shitty friend...I was wrong. ~I wish I could say I was excited about the Jayson/Oliver hookup but I was too angry at Jayson being such an asshole friend to enjoy it. Unfortunately, I've lost interest in Joel & Jayson even being friends, let alone lovers, because they clearly suck at it. ~Zeke's mother should just stop talking. Every time she opens her mouth she vomits absolute nonsense. She's an idiot. ~The amount of scenes between Fifth & Linda are endless & eye rolling. Please make them stop. ~I skip anything that has to do with everyone else that I have not mentioned LOL.

I'm a selfish bitch & if a series/ship doesn't work for me I'm not watching it & wasting my time LOL. There are lots of ships I dislike & I don't watch their series & they are supported by others & I can't dig deep enough to care one way or the other.
I'm also very aware of fan service & selling & business & profit. Perth can & will say & do whatever his company tells him to...so far LOL.
So their ship is more than welcome to be supported by others...maybe I'll stick to their solo projects LOL.

I find him pretty just fine...in fact, in The Player he was kinda hot with the blonde hair. Perth is quite pretty too...I just don't think that they're "chemistry" together was pretty LOL

Twitter & YT are also forums, much more populated ones mind you, for opinions & discussions & whatever madness.

You were uber positive, respectful, & upbeat about your admiration for the actors & the series itself...fantastic! I truly wish that I felt this way about not only this show but all of them.
With that said, I am not that eloquent btw...I gave it a 6, will never re-watch it, won't recommend it, & will cross my fingers that Perth, should he choose to stay in the BL world, finds a ship that actually sails instead of cancelling at the dock. Do I think MY opinion is constructive? I don't really care...if someone is basing whether or not they watch something off of others' opinions, no matter which forum they choose to listen to, that's entirely up to them. I usually wear my big girl panties to make such decisions so I'm safe from that type of nonsense.
Honestly, watching it in real time can be absolute torture! My FF finger gets super itchy...
Anyhoo, it's over & my takeaway from this was that it wasn't until the end that I realized how much more I would have preferred Max & Auto's vlog as a storyline! Talk about a highlight!
I know that Marc & Pawin were already together in a few things but I really think I wouldn't mind having them give it another go...Marc has majorly improved & their chemistry is pretty good. With a decent storyline, a 5-8 episode series may work.
Well, I didn't get my silver lining of Name & Saifah...yet. Fingers crossed they are a possibility in the future...plus...have you seen what Papang is sportin underneath those scrubs?
Look the trailer is eh but really...at this point we've all seen full pilots that are phenomenal & then the series shows up & it's a train wreck...I will not provide examples because we all know who they are & there's no sense in making us all pissy so quickly so we should, ahem, "Check Out" what this series could offer...
With that said...a mediocre trailer could turn out to be an awesome series right? So, yeah, fingers crossed...
I'm not feelin Mr. You Have A Girlfriend Tank Top Sweater Wearer...BUT he makes for intense music & Kenji ain't exactly giving off "I'm good at being a gangster" vibes so it'll have to do for now.
Which leads me to Big D Gangster Oppa...he looks absolutely edible in these suits & I wouldn't mind one teensy weensy bit if they decided he should be shirtless for the rest of these episodes because why not?
Which brings me to who I think should be lucky enough to lick this BDGO & not let him go to waste...I barely unclench my teeth when watching Ping as it is, so I'm hoping that the unattractive drunkenness of his character comes to an end so I can at least come to a well rounded opinion of why it shouldn't be Guy.
Either way, that end scene with Oppa staring down Whale Boy gave me goosebumps...

Oliver dumping Joel & Joel turning to Jayson, intimately...would be a stretch, maybe slightly awkward, but I'll be damned if I won't be there inhaling that silver lining LOL.
When they were at Kim's "Fashion Whatever Show" & Joel was getting ready & apologizing about bringing Fifth, Zeke rolled his eyes & gave that flippant remark about it being Fifth's choice to break up with him, it took all of me not to throat punch him. I'm not sure there are enough talented writers on the payroll to come up with enough positive, valid, & persuasive reasons to turn this ship back into something we all root for LOL. It's sad.
Fingers crossed.
