Their eye game is strong...they are definitely what I am here to see LOL. It's so raw & there are so few BL couples that have this level of fire with a single glance I'm damn near giddy LOL.
I can't even pinpoint what it is about him...then when the other one makes an appearance I'm straight up breathless. I'd like to think I'm mature enough to not get all hot & bothered by the littlest shit they do but...I just can't LOL. When he wiped that blood off his cheek in the first episode I damn near drooled on the keyboard.
Who would walk in on their brother having sex and stay and have a conversation about why your a day early, he…
It really was so unnecessary considering he was the rude one for not knocking. I kept saying "close the fuckin door dude" but sadly his loser ass stayed there.
So, there's a lot of makeup going on...like too much. Everyone looks great though. Max looks like he's been hitting the gym...no complaints here unless we won't get to feast on it at some point.
The opening scene with the press conference was so stiff & out of place I think. The whole humor that they chose to go with for the bodyguard scenes were silly but eh.
For some reason I thought Diao would be a little more mature since it was a couple of years later but after watching that ridiculous, over the top falling in the airport scene AND the whole reaction to the bullshit cheating thing I'm kinda disappointed. I always feel like they got this father/child thing going on & maybe it is because there is an 8 year gap between them or maybe Nat just looks really young but it can make me feel slightly awkward LOL.
Anyhoo, Yi's dad is kinda sorta hot.
On a side note, just saw that Boss will be making an appearance...I'll stick around for sure.
I did not care about that " kiss", because at least one of the couples had a proper kiss scene, that is the good…
To each their own. But these aren't kids & this show is a little more on the grown up mature side so I was expecting a little more realistic kiss because...they are grown ups.
But if that "kiss" works for you then frozen kiss on.
Because I like this show enough, I will choose to ignore that pathetic, embarrassing, expected, frozen, & insulting "kiss". Writers/directors are still not learning & it's sad.
I don't get why you think there shouldn't be high expectations for a BL. It's still actors & directors & scripts…
I'm not arguing...it's really not that serious LOL. You can rate any way you like as do I. I thought you were being a little harsh with YOUR critique in your original comment about "people's high expectations".
Either way, We Best Love is most definitely worth the 100...agreed.

I totally agree with you. There aren't as many & folks, like me, tend to find the BL releases as feast or famine LOL. I do watch almost all of them, however, I've become pickier about what BL I will watch now based on a couple of my learned trial & error preferences LOL.
BUT, the expectations I set are based on the content, acting, storyline, subject matter, writer, director, actors, yada yada yada...NOT on the fact that it is a BL. Also, because opinions vary as much as the MDL rating, I find that I would rather have my own opinion about a show/movie rather than base whether I watch it off of others. Has the rating & opinions swayed me to watch a show that I wasn't planning to? Yes. Has it always been a good decision for me? No. 2 episodes into SOTUS & I felt the BL audience punked me. BUT, I had no interest in watching The Eighth Sense & after reading the reviews I was quite surprised how much I enjoyed it.

But there are plenty of shows that don't have that huge budget that not only had high expectations but blew past them! Huge budgets don't mean shit if all of the ingredients don't hit right. We all have different opinions about what is great...for example...you gave Bed Friend a 10...I dropped it after 6 when I truly felt like I would gauge my eyes out with a spoon.
It was a cute episode, I liked it. Sometimes I don't get people's high expectations for BLs, it's not like they're…
I don't get why you think there shouldn't be high expectations for a BL. It's still actors & directors & scripts & cameras & wardrobes & writers & plots & budgets & blah, blah, blah, just like everything else yeah? I don't know why BL's are automatically starting out with low expectations JUST because they are BL...does that mean every other genre automatically has the bar risen & high expectations are at an all time high AND are met?
I really think that the show should just be about the brother & Bomb LOL. Venus has so little that is appealing he's almost the definition of yawn.

Anyhoo, I kinda sorta love Sara.
