While I agree that negative comments are still a form of feedback and can actually enhance discourse about the drama, too many negative comments without any context can really turn off potential viewers from experiencing the drama themselves. Yes, it's still up to the people to watch it in the end regardless of the comments, but I know a lot of people who check out dramas on MDL to see if a drama is worth watching in the first place because time is too precious to be wasted on a "bad" drama. So seeing tons of negative comments (rather than ones with genuine feedback) on the platform in general could definitely stop people from watching.

Personally, MDL has been purely a tracker for me in more recent years. For actual feedback, I'd rather just check Reddit or Dramabeans because of how the community is.

MDL retains its place as the drama site with the most negative comments! Not even surprised that this is the only platform with more negative comments than good about MBMB LMAO

To be honest, I don't even know what people like any more coz even decent dramas in general mostly get negative comments on this site, which is just sad.

Either way I'm just happy we got another light and trope-y watch because this year's KDramas haven't been hitting as much (a lot are still good tho!)

I definitely get you as someone who is also a bit iffy when it comes to plots with love triangles in general. It's really better to binge for me in general as well.

But for this one, I really liked KHG's character, and that's what got me through the webtoon despite the quite prolonged yearning. Hopefully they really do it justice in the drama. And given the drama is only 12 episodes long, I'm crossing my fingers that they shorten the FL+SML dating part as well.

I'll continue watching this drama after it finishes airing coz of my sched, but I really hope people won't give up on this drama until the end or hate it for the love triangle. Coz if it really follows the webtoon, FL and SML are gonna date and ML will be stuck until like 2/3 of the drama just yearning for FL coz his friend is dating the girl he likes.

On other news, Kang Hoon is doing so great in the drama based on the first 2 eps!!! I'm glad he's getting the attention he deserves after following his shows for years 💙💙💙

Just realized that KHN, LDH, and JSM are all cast members so it's a mini Running Man reunion hahaha

Gong Myoung was also being recruited by RM to become a rented member recently LOL

Also, is Li Nai Wen really just a guest role in the drama? I keep seeing him in all the previews, so he seems too much of an important a character to be a guest.

Genuinely surprised because I kept seeing people say that the first episodes of the drama were confusing, boring, and/or bad, but here I am having fun with it all and not as confused as I expected. Yes, there are a lot of names and events, but it's not as fast-paced as most say it is.

Finished S3 and just realized that I never marked S2 as completed despite finishing it way back in 2022. I guess I was so sad with how much Soonrok scenes they gave Babi in the drama and made him way better than how he was in the webtoon, that I didn't even bother rating it after watching all those years ago LOL.

Nevertheless, all three seasons are a must watch coz of Yumi and her cells. It's not just about romance and love :>

Completed and actually sobbing 😭 Yumi's Cells will always have a special place in my heart. Absolutely loved this almost perfect final season despite it being so short. The only flaw being that it was only 8 episodes huhu

Finally caught up with this week's episodes. I really love how they developed Soon Rok's character and cells in the drama. I already knew he was a great guy, but he's even better now and really fits Yumi.

Also, am I the only one who got teary-eyed when they finally played Nightfalling in the background again? We only heard the instrumental in the past episodes, but they finally played the song in Ep 5 and it was during a sweet moment. I love when the OST fits the drama so well <3

I know it just started but I'm genuinely loving how the drama highlights how Soonrok existing and simply being himself around Yumi brought back a lot of Yumi's cells coz it's one of the reasons I loved him early on in the story. I feel like it wasn't shown as detailed in the webtoon so it's a nice touch to add.

In the manhwa, they confess and start dating early in the final arc (before halfway). Though I'm not sure how they will play it out in the drama coz the director said they adjusted some things coz of the changes they made from the previous season.

I-geon fumbled so bad oh my goshhhh He could've won the girl but my dude fumbled so hard even I couldn't defend him despite understanding what he was thinking. One of the biggest fumbles in k-dating shows T-T

Never really said that the drama (or humor) is for everyone coz I don't think any drama ever is. I was simply airing out my frustrations with the MDL score in relation to other dramas (esp recent ones that were pretty mid) on the site coz it's relatively low, given the quality and how, overall, the drama was executed well. Didn't think my comment was that serious. LMAO

I can't really say much about TMBT coz I haven't started that yet, but I guess good for you for finding a good drama watch.

Still confused why this is only 8.0 when it's the most solid and actual romcom kdrama in the recent months. I thought people wanted a good classic romcom...

Nevertheless, this was such a fun watch and a comfort drama I'll definitely go back to in the future.

After consistently watching witty and intelligent FLs for the past months, I'm just laughing at how naive and dumb Li Wei is in this show. Hopefully I see some improvement as the episodes go on coz it's usually the reason why I drop dramas huhu

Seon Jae Gyu and Nam Ki Jeong (Spirit Fingers) would make a great uncle-nephew pairing, and we're already 50% there with CJY as Hangyul LMAO

This drama started as the standard for romcom dramas but ended as the blueprint for how dramas get ruined during their final episodes. Feels so bad for the MLs amazing chemistry T^T
