I watched the drama Arsenal Academy. I was enjoying it at first—everything was going great in the beginning and I felt it had a lot of potential. All the actors were doing a fine job with their acting, and it felt like the drama was really heading somewhere. As I kept watching and reached the middle of the series, they still hadn't shown the romance between the male lead and the female lead. People online are saying that due to censorship in China, their intimate scenes—which were just kissing scenes—were cut out, that's Okay, agreed. But even apart from kissing scenes, there should be some development to show their conversations and how they actually fell in love, right? Nothing at all was shown. More than the male lead, the screen time was given to Shen Junshan (2nd ML).
I fell in love with the character of Qu Manting, but her love story also felt incomplete with Chairman Shen. In the last few episodes, everything seems to be in a rush and just so that the drama ends. The most boring storyline was of Seargent Guo in my opinion, watched his scenes on 2x speed.
Alas! This drama wass not for me. I completed the drama but I felt confused altogether.
