I dislike how different the adaptation from the original story. Why ruined the already perfect story? How will they connect the story then? Will it make sense? From the time ML killed FL with an arrow in the past live, it's already illogical. How will you fall for a man who killed you? Will it be a dream or an imagination, then FL will become a lunatic? Will it be an arrow from someone else (even though there's only one person in FL's memory, then FL is still a lunatic). I pity the scriptwriters, hope they get big salary.
And I also dislike both first (fiancee/first husband in the past live) and second case (cousin who offers FL to her (the cousin) husband/a killer). The scriptwriters want FL to be less attractive but want to make the cousin, the accomplice of a serial murder, innocent. Interesting.
MC Jung Da On has a cute face and a beautiful innocent eyes, what a charmer. I want him to end up with the new assistant manager who has a sweet childish smile. Their first meeting feels like it was destined.
Trash.Taiwan has become BL Thailand 2.0Dropped.1/10
Agree. Actually I wanted to watch this drama because I imagine it to be like Yamashita Tomohisa's funeral service drama, but after watching the latest trailer I deleted it from my list. Since it didn't feel like it has any plot other than pda and comedy.
So true. I actually listed this drama for The Historical C-drama Challenge as Zhou Dynasty (1046-256 BC) but I…
I just saw that the douban rating is much higher than Qin Dynasty Epic so I wanna watch it for my challenge. I read all the comments you post using google translate and the drama looks more like a comedy and inaccurate.

I watched a few of Three Kingdoms dynasty drama and movie. I really love Guan Yu from Shu Han iirc. I also pray to Guan Yu's statue/image (called Guan Gong as a god)-edited-as I'm a Buddhist. And yeah the romantic Zhuge Liang is amazing as a person, a husband, and an advisor. His loyalty for okay I kind of forget... ah I don't remember; that stupid son of Liu Bei is foolish but really admirable. But I indeed need to learn more as I only know the surface.
I definitely will watch Court Lady since it gets your high appraisal.

No no, I separated Han dynasty and Court Lady part with a space. I mean there are so many drama set in all three dynasties but especially Tang dynasty like Court Lady. For example 2024 dramas Story of Pearl Girl, Brocade Oddysey, 2025 drama Flourished Peony, and upcoming Liu Shi Shi's investigation drama. And there's a Song dynasty drama I ptw: 2024 Riverside Code at Qingming Festival.

The male's hairstyle is indeed a bit disturbing hehe but the female clothes looks so pretty though the headdress looks quite heavy. And the emperor's yellow robe looks so majestic. You have so much knowledge. Han dynasty clothes indeed looks like a kimono. Very beautiful but looks heavy and complicated.
I'll put Court Lady on my ptw. Ah, that's why many dramas set during those dynasties.

Ah, I see. It's really complicated. In my eyes, all Qing dynasty dramas' clothing and hairstyles are all look the same and pretty. But for other dynasty, I'm not really sure. But yeah, there are a lot of accessories used.

Sure, when I visit China, I will list Xi An as a city I will visit. Chang'an is indeed mentioned in most historical dramas, sometimes in the title. I don't think I ever watched any drama about Qin Shi Huang but I'll watch Qin Dynasty Epic after finishing its three prequels and A Step into The Past looks great, if I find the subbed video, I'll watch it.

I dropped Imperial Coroner, I don't remember why. But I only remember FL wearing clothes that looks ugly. Wow, you know so much. I need time to digest them. I definitely will visit them if I could go to China one day. But actually I really want to visit The Great Wall and The Forbidden City iirc.

I didn't realize you make this post. Yes, I watched Flourished Peony, I really liked it. Wow, that was so detailed. I may watch the costume and think they're pretty but for the buildings I totally have no idea. You're so good. Are you perhaps majoring in Chinese history? or just learning it by yourself?

Thank you so much.
I already watched Secrets of Three Kingdoms, The Romance of Tiger and Rose (twice), Goodbye My Princess, and Are You The One. Dropped The Longest Day in Chang'an (imo a bit boring and draggy but I'll try to rewatch it one day for Jackson Yee) and A Dream of Splendor (dislike ML's voice). Put An Ancient Love Song on hold (actually it's very beautiful, but maybe I'm too busy with my airing drama when I watched it). Plan to watch The Wind Blows From Longxi, Growling Tiger Roaring Dragon and its prequel, and Blossom. Put Pledge of Allegiance on my ptw just now. Once put Legend of Haolan on my ptw but deleted it.
I'll pay more attention on their costume from now on. Thank you once again for the list.

Dropped it on Sunday after 7 episodes.
You could check the shorter version with 64 episodes, it has the same exact ending. And I don't think it has a bonus/special episode.
