In the first life she rejects him. He goes crazy and r@ped her multi times different days in the book. Doesn't matter if we don't "see" the scene. It's clearly implied and that just sucks. Also implied so early on so don't be shocked by lower ratings. It's normal to rate low with that sort of thing and how she is handling him. Gag

I think for those not willing to engage with others here for comments it is easier to rate low. It's confusing, the subs go way too fast (amateur hour in sub timing) and the sexual assault thing is mentioned too soon. Imo I would have dropped it if not for the kind people here giving me full explanations of wtf is going on and what to expect.
