Lee Se Young & Bae In Hyuk's "The Story of Park's Marriage Contract" Concludes With Improved Ratings In the 19th century, on the night of her wedding day, Park Yeon Woo's husband died after revealing that he had suffered from a heart condition for a long time. She is devastated, but before she can even mourn her husband, a man kidnaps her and throws her in a well. The moment she opened her eyes, she saw her husband before her. Transcending time, space, and death, she is now in present-day Seoul, South Korea, and the man who saves her from the swimming pool is Kang Tae Ha, who looks a lot like her dead husband from the 19th century. Kang Tae Ha is the successor of SH Seoul Corporation. He does not like opening himself up to others due to his heart disease and the trauma that he endured in his childhood. He prioritizes logic over emotions and is uninterested in having a romantic relationship, but his ill grandfather tells him that he wishes to see his wedding before he dies. Lovely leads and a decent story brought down to the ground by holes and cringe
This drama starts off all fun perfectly balanced between the cold, warm, the tight slightly wet buttoned downed shirts and dimples for as far at the eye can see... The male lead who had had heart surgery actually had a scar..The over top potential pot holes where kept to minimum and the "oh my god I am in the future" potential over the top low humour was kept to a minimum. The Product placement was top of the top!
The leads out of this world with great chemistry and an amazing use of flowers and butterflies everywhere... The side character are lovable too, the evil is evil and there is this nice mist of know who the real enemy is all over the ground...
But then came the cringy monologs, the twists that just stoped making sense in the context and the lovely scar from the heart surgery was found to be lacking as they either placed a pace maker either from the wrong entrance or it magically grew there... And well in this drama there was indeed a whole lot of magic but creating cyborgs just was not really part of it... The lovely wet shirts got covered up more and more with not so good looking suits (still ok, just not as good)... The evil villains started to get these meeeh back stories that kind of killed the mood.
So the score that was way up there started to go down, down,... and almost hit a 7 before it went back up to an 8.
So what can I say, this is a sweet easy binge with great leads and just a little to much cringe for it to be a great watch

its a funny and captivating to watch the MC role are not to dramatic but i love how they act fast face but wanted to watch and waiting the next episode.K drama is always the same but this was captured me it's new for me.thanks waiting to watch the next hopefully it will be the progress of the MC to find the truth.remarks to the SC role of her friend thatwas a great role kuddos to her performance and being a great supportive of her time love it and ypu will also captivated on this drama....waiting for the next eppsodeWas this review helpful to you?
