Yes it was more of a palliative treatment rather than definitive care. Palliative treatment is given just to let a patient live a lil longer and ease suffering and it's actually like being in life support. Being in this profession I have seen so many ppl unwilling to give up on their loved ones despite knowing there's 0.1% chance of 1 year survival that's why I can't blame hari as a whole. On a different note I think ppl should stop seeing chiyeon as a villain or some annoying SML, he likes hari and wants good for her that's it. He even told hari what doji did was him prioritizing patient rather than being personal. He thought hari needed doji when she was sick, so no way y'all can say it's a "love triangle" .
