I'm gushing, I'm clapping, my heart's racing, and my jaw's still on the floor—KHOM KHLANG episode 1 is out and it's giving major plook sekg (sacred charm) energy! ✨This isn't just any GL drama—it's steeped in saiyasart (sorcery), khatha (sacred incantations), and wicha (mystical knowledge) that'll have you believing in the unseen. The production design? Kong kraphan (spiritually fortified)—every frame is dripping with occult symbolism and ancient Thai mysticism.And the acting? Finally, GL actresses (both beauty queens: One is the first woman from Thailand to win Miss International and the first Thai delegate to win one of the Big Four international beauty pageants since Bui Simon was crowned Miss Universe 1988. The other was crowned the winner of Jaymart's Miss Mobile Thailand.) who already have true kong kraphan (protective magic) in their craft—no extra workshop hours needed. The storytelling is khlang (potent), the screenplay is sharp, and the screen presence of the rational police officer and spiritual master? Already pumping plook sekg energy—undeniable and powerful.Oh, and did I mention this is only EPISODE 1?! It's so refreshing to see that the whole cast seems to look like they're 101% Asian (not that Becky, Sonya, Charlotte, etc aren't yummy eye candy, but I do miss the authentic southeast Asian features sometimes): BULAN (Bint Sireethorn Leearamwat) is sultry, gorgeous, irresistible, and her chemistry with Peecha (Puinoon Warangsiri Tanajarusworaphat) is dang off the charts!Who else is already possessed by this new series?

Instead of the usual heavy angst, episode 1 serves up a refreshing rom-com that’s pure birdie energy. It’s a hole-in-one for Thai GL—light, fun, and making the game look easy. ILF Finale - Thank heavens 'twasnt emotionally exhausting! Finally, after 11 brain-busting, heart-crushing episodes, ILF gave Neen and Runch the ending they deserve: Love is lovelier, sweeter, sexier the 2nd time around💖💝P.S. Next LingOrm project? J&J Episode 1 clearly delivered on its trailer's promise that it's not gonna be just another high school GL story (SHADES set the bar pretty high for that category 🔥💖).Think monster-level family feud that's gonna be gritty, action-packed, dads-'n'-bros-driven machismo-laden, elevatedly eggzoiiiiiiiitttttting! So! Instead of expecting a 🇹🇭-flavored Mean Girls trope, it seems we should look forward to a John Woo-style GL gangster extravaganza! Could. Hardly. Wait. For. Episode. 2!

Moonshadow episode 4 - My goodness. I've watched GL series, after series, after series.... And NOTHING - ABSOLUTELY NO GL SERIES kept getting better and better and better with each episode, until MOONSHADOW came along! Its story is unfolding in such a beautifully nuanced style, that it's absolutely impossible not to fall deeply into the Chan-Key-J rabbit hole! EmiBonnie have that unmatched chemistry that just ignites the screen! And Film as the villainess you'd love to hate but you simply couldn't because she's perfect? Well, she's perfect! Everything and everyone in MOONSHADOW is so addictive. It's like every episode leads the viewer into a new level of an intriguing, delicious, high.... If this trend keeps up until the Finale, MOONSHADOW would turn out to be one of the very best GL series that came out of 🇹🇭! Keep up the irresistible work that you're churning out, Moonshadow! In Love Forever Ep 11 - No one talk to me until next Friday! I don't think I can stop crying for an entire week - I haven't cried THIS HARD since THE LOYAL PIN!! My heart's broken into a million bleeding pieces, knowing that Neen and Runch have divorced while still so much in love with each other.... Wishing Utt rots in jail for the rest of his life. Hoping Kingkongmol stays in a facility for the mentally ill for keeps! Noteworthy though is the best acting from Lingling in the entire series, thus far: That opening scene - the confrontation with her monster-mother - THAT was intense and on point for Runch. And betchabygollywow, the camera loves Lingling Kwong so much: Her face was drop-dead gorgeous from start to end of episode 11. Still, don't talk to me till next Friday. I still can't stop crying....

I am agog! I am absolutely speechless about how good MOONSHADOW ep 3 is! "It's complicated." And mysterious. And beautiful. And painful. And simply wonderful! And that ep 4 preview, "If I tell you, will you get out of her life?" Too yummy, I ciuld hardly breathe, waiting for next Wednesday! MOONSHADOW is turning out to be soooooooooo dang good!!

I'm still processing my reaction to Moonshadow Ep 1.... I still can't get over Key's declaration that Chan's her 1st love. But Chan can't remember anything about Key! 🤔🫨🤯😵💫And now, I watched Episode 2 .... Still, I can't wrap my brain about what's going on haha haha 😂😆 What da frick did Jay do to Chan?!! Chan seems drowning in so much pain and yearning, but rejects Jay who wants to come back into her life. And Sun's blood boils about Jay's existence. Why?!!? Meanwhile, Key has so many dark skeletons from her past and many more mysterious intentions and motivations now. Even Simba seems as stressed as I am about this show hahaha 🤣😂 But it's a good stress, like the mind-fu** I got from watching Christopher Nolan's "Memento"! Watching MOONSHADOW feels like one exceptionally long - and good! - f**eplay session....

Fearless Forecast: ORM will get all the acting awards next year! She's an amaaaaaaaaazing actress (and this is me talking as a Lingling stan!) and ILF ep 10 proved this again and again. Episode 10 is the BEST in the entire series, thus far. As for insane Kingkongmol and small-dick angstsy Utt, I wish the law would put them away for good: One for assault and battery, the other for slander and malicious intent. Or they can both turn into a stinky puff of stale air and disappear into oblivion FOREVER, never to bother Runch and Neen ever again.... P.S. Is there a contest about who's the most vile and nefarious evil meddling hag this GL season? It's a toss-up between Kingkongmol in IN LOVE FOREVER and Pan(g)ee(t) from 4ELEMENTS:FIRE! My thoughts while watching 4E:FIRE Ep 6 * Most Grateful Moment - Thank you, Northstar Entertainment! Everything about FIRE is unfolding to show that you did save the best for last.... Not to take away from everything kind and calm and sweet from EARTH, WATER, and AIR, but to put together three stories about commitment and sincerity and noble intentions, and cap it off with with the story about lifelong debt of honor, Northstar produced one of the best 🇹🇭 lakorn ever made, regardless of genre. FOUR ELEMENTS is not just GL, it is everything good and beautiful and engaging and noteworthy about human long-form entertainment. Huwatta clapback on AI-generated faux-art and insidious vertical noise!* Sweetest Moments - Fai and Phrao trapped in the cave. Every time Fai smiles, it's like honey and caramel pouring onto the scenes! Someone bottle that captivating Namneung Milin Watinthanakit smile and give stevia a run for the money!* Funniest Moment - Aunt Panee's hair in her rain-soaked dramatic highlight. I'm amazed that all the other actors and the crew were able to keep their composure! Coz I totally lost it - a truly pee-in-my-pants hardcore laughter incident - when the camera closed in on Panee and her melting inverted cereal bowl hair! Haha haha haha haha Northstar, do share if this scene has some hilaaaaaarious BTS footage! * Best "This Is So Fai" Moment - "You can go now if you're done here", that line and THAT LOOK that Fai gave Nod - Pure fiery alpha energy that only this youngest W cousin possesses. Rose married into a world of kindness, Chonlada wed into a sea of peace and calm, Blew married into a breath of sweet, fresh air. But Kaphrao, you're in for a high-octane ride, girl! * Most Iconic SE Asian Drama Moment - You'd almost never see it in Japanese or K-drama, but it's always present in a Thai or Pinoy tele-serye: That "let's make such a ruckus in public, then let's get angry when the whole town talks about our dirty linen" scene! Panee letting out all her anger and frustration while she was at the fish market, making everyone else around her explode, that was unadulterated southeast Asian angstsy rage-bait! * Most Competitive Roles of the Season: It's a contest like no other battle for notoriety that we've seen before - Who's going to win the competition for the most vile, horrible, detestable, reprehensible, incorrigible, ultimate evil hag of all? IN LOVE FOREVER Ep 9: This will be long, but... Please, allow me to make a fearless forecast - All the acting awards next year would go to Orm Kornnaphat Sethratanapong (Best Actress in a Lead Role) and Kik Suwatjanee Chaimusik (Best Actress in a Supporting Role).Orm's screen presence in that scene where she wanted to slap the monster-in-law back spread across the entire room, ate everyone else up in her perfect balance of rage and restraint, and spilled out of the tv screen into our hearts: Orm is as natural an EXCELLENT actress as any of the 🇹🇭 great actresses and the 24-year old thespic powerhouse deserves more and more diverse roles (with or without Lingling in tow) to showcase her ginormous acting chops! The acting gods are proud of your daughter, Mae Koy Naruemon Phongsupap!I don't like it that Kik Suwatjanee Chaimusik had way too many close-up shots in Ep 9, but I've a feeling that director P'Paajaew milked those close-ups to stir ire and wrath and fury against the monster-in-law! Good job, Gingkamol, you made everyone want to get out, hunt you down, and beat the 💩 outta you! Story-wise, that vile conspiracy between two of the weakest, most detestable, horrible, despicable characters with absolutely zero redeeming value thus far, is paying off: Utt & Gingkamol, I wanna fly to 🇹🇭 right now and knock your skulls together so badly🤯😤😡🤬 Even if Runch said that violence won't solve anything!Utt's non-stop underhanded machinations show that he is nothing more than a weakling homophobe (with probably such a small 🍆) and that's why his bruised ego would never heal.
