I liked the strong fl character a lot in this version. I did think Ma Le Jie was a bit stiff in this role, but still liked watching her. I wish the romance had been stronger. And I wanted some questions answered that weren't. But, I still rated higher than usual because of the fl character.

If you've watched a lot of these vertically filmed series, you know you often run across wonky subs and missing subtitles. And sometimes choppy edits and out-of-sequence episodes. This one had the former and thankfully not the later. Beautiful visuals. Liked the MC together and especially the extended happy ending for them and a HE for the secondary couple. The bad guys were served karma as well.
I liked the tension in the first arc and liked the more mature and loving relationship in the last. The middle wasn't as strong for me.

I liked watching Liu Qing. Liked a strong fl with Lin Rui Xue. It needed a better ending. Or, maybe there were scenes that were deleted that made the ending incomplete. It left more questions than answers. And, I didn't even get a kiss scene, lol! Kinda bummed on that, lol! I did like a somewhat different plot that had potential. And, decent plot twist at the end.

Well, its ok. I enjoyed looking at the 2nd and 3rd brothers, lol. Had it's cute moments. I like Wang Ge Ge and mostly watched because I'm trying to watch all the short series that she has done. The same for Zhang Ji Jun, although he's notas high on my list as some others.

It was somewhat disjointed and a bit difficult at times to follow, but since I've watched so many of these, it's not too bad. Sometimes you have to infer subtitles, lol.

Wish it had a stronger ending.
