Hi, Given my limited knowledge of the actual time period, but based on previous historical dramas - it is highly possible that the birth or biological mothers are lesser concubines who are typically unrecorded in the family genealogy. So when preparing these girls for marriage, they are "given" or listed under the names of the "official" wives to enhance their status and value as brides.
