The ending was inevitable due to the law of China on their dramas 🥲So that was a fake namesake ending
There is a censorship that must be applied in time travel cdramas as chinese government thinks that this time travel thing will just mislead/ misguide and feed into delusions of the youth and as it's not a real thing they have to censorship the time travel part by making the main leads waking up from a dream or waking up from a coma or anything like this where they still are in the reality and they never went anywhere else in timeline. So because of this silly law we had to witness that ending 🥲🥲🥲
Also yk even though I'm not bothered by the ending as I know how cdrama censorship works... I'm still sad because Gao rui is still dead I literally started to like shiyun but now gone Lin jiadong became nice but now gone too Shiyun and her brother's relationship gone Whole C1 and C2 is gone She never went to capital university as she dreamed of it Now she literally shares her past with her ex in the same timeline Her friends her connection Her success everything gone Her parents are again poor And she's jobless Sooooo THAT'S WHY YOU SHOULD FORGET THOSE 5 MINUTES OF ENDING 🙂
But after everything this drama was interesting till the end and very less to no boring episodes😭😭 I'll give it a solid 9/10 . It was worth it Just skip last 5 minutes......
