Does the Fan family still exist in the story or have I missed them out?

Just want to know what is the conflict between the Fan and Gu family that made the FL to poison herself.

True I like their story

Love the story but not the story of that family’s of the mama’s boy. Those scenes ruined the drama series. This could have been high in rating but I guess because of this scenes pulled the rating down.

I watched this drama backed then and wanted to rewatch it. One of my favorites. I hope Viki gets this back or any major screening platforms

Worst of all is the Ye Xian. Why does he have so many episodes than the ML. He’s so annoying. I’m forwarding the scene every-time he’s on it.

Hello all. Question? Per AI overview it says that relationship of the puppet emperor Qi Sheng and Qi Min are half brothers. But it says also that Qi Sheng is the son is the previous emperor who is I believe is the father of crown prince Chengde, am I correct on this. I’m a little confuse. Need clarity please.
