I can't seem to find it on my youku app either, I'm in the US.
That's annoying, it's the first time I've had that happen on a drama on youku, had it on the other apps for other dramas. What's weird is I'm pretty sure I got a push notification about the drama this morning. Seems like someone messed up over there.
