Yeah he's trying to created one-man show but couldn't even deliver his own character properly. They should just…
Literally, we’ve had more scenes of them eating than with PHS. I know he’s one of the highest paid actors in SK but gosh they don’t have to leave him on that rooftop
I thought I was alone and in my usual slump, but okay, I see a lot of people aren’t really enjoying this either.…
I’m really shocked PHS took this role, he really challenged himself with Buried Hearts, just to act in this dumpster fire of a show. I think his scenes are okay so far, but they’re more focused on adding scenes of the angels eating, I hope they realize they don’t have to film all his scenes on the rooftop.
I stuck it out for the first two episode but it’s hardly worth it. Might as well just watch the edits on TikTok ngl
There’s not much this show has going on for it besides its A- list cast. I was wondering why I’d barely seen any promo from the actors or interviews. Ma Dong Seok’s character is basically a self insert.
Truth be told, I only watched bc PHS was in it, and I was excited for his first villain role. But he had barely any screen time for a villain, they could do more than the rooftop shots. We’ve gotten more scenes of them eating than the lead villain.
The storyline is just all over the place. For 5,000 year old Angels, you’d think it’s their first time around protecting humans or defeating evil spirits. They don’t seem to be much different than normal humans, pretty incompetent too. I can understand making my some characters not be as “smart” or informed on certain topics, bc it lets the audience get an explanation or for the sake of humor, but gosh it doesn’t land well.
I’m watching episode 3, and feel like I somehow slipped a few episodes, but also don’t feel like anything has really happened. Maybe the ominous and mysterious theme would work for a 16 episode series but definitely not at the rate it’s going.
