well, Da Li is not a blame of the debt, blame her father, he is the one who gain huge amount of debt and when he eventually passed away, that debt fall to her daughter. he's the one that spend so much money on charities without thinking about his own family future and how they would survived if he just spend that huge amount of money of charities and other stuff. Da Li doesn't deserve this treatment, all of this was her father's fault that put the burden of her daughter's life after he died.

you forgot to add another one, Abusive male Lead, that is the norm of Thai Lakorn back in the day or still is, i don't watch many Thai Drama

if you want a good Noona Romance Drama, The Rational Life is the one, the Female Lead is like title of the Drama very rational and mature while the Male Lead despite very much younger than her, is very mature for his age, he taken care of his mom and always stand by the female lead side no matter what her decision is and understand her the most.

the plot is not allowed a dumb innocent FL tho, remember her uncle killed her father and she exact her revenge on him and then her best friend and mentor died in front for her as well, she's carried a lot of burden, so that's why the plot need a FL that is intelligence, Witty and cunning to maneuverer through Politic and scheme
