In the ost there is a scene where Yetan got hurt to save Youqin and in ep 32 she said she would even die for him.
Are these connected some how?
I have no idea if she will die.
If she does she will come back to life

Maybe I should read novel.

I have read the manhua, watched the anime, and I am waiting for the drama (I have zero hope any live action flim or show can pull it off) but really want to see how this drama will turn out.
