I had a feeling she might be his sister since she is the princess and he is the crown prince, but I was not sure It does not come as a surprise to be that lou ming xi likes her

I am thinking that Princess An Ning might be in love with ML or that Luo Ming Xi is in love with the FL or both might happen.

A question for someone who read the novel these words "My heart has been moved by a woman named Ren Anle, but in this life, I will protect Di Ziyuan. Ren Anle, you must always remember these words" does it mean the ML does not know the FL identify.
