This drama has only 24 episodes and by the way it was first marketed you'd have thought it was going to be a sophisticated romance

But it's just a guy attracted to his surbodinate, one who had tried to turn him down repeatedly and he ignoring all the doors and no's.

I wasn't expecting bubbly romance, I was expecting a good friend to stick beside her if he wanted a rival then he shouldn't try and get her hopes up

I'm finding myself not liking the ml because the description made him to be friendly and helpful to the fml but so far he's just trying to one up her, that's not a friend, so far she's doing better at socializing than he is, he hasn't done anything for her in the past 5 episodes I've watched

Ml is far from an A-list actor, but maybe there's more work in short dramaland

I actually agree, for a proclaimed amazing general, the male lead does swoop in a lot, turning her into a damsel in distress and that's from 20 episode in, this drama is going to be a disappointment

the drama is becoming more and more annoying, they proclaim her as a genius warrior but every single time (twice) she's been in some major battle and 1v1 he's always swooping in to save her

The last two episodes felt very rushed, I agree with an earlier commenter, they could have dived into se hee's back story a little more, and given more screentime to the kids lives after

A lot of conflicts would be resolved quickly if the fl only opened her mouth; she annoyed me just standing there, so towards the end I skipped a lot, and I should have just dropped it.
